This tastefully decorated two-bedroom townhouse, with high ceilings and lots of natural light, is in quiet, established Henlopen Gardens, close to downtown Lewes and Cape Henlopen State Park. The newly refurbished, well-equipped kitchen with small breakfast bar overlooks an open dining and living room and patio beyond. A large dining table comfortably seats 6. The flat-screen TV in the living room is perfect for watching your favorite show. This floor also has a half bath. The two bedrooms, each with a high-quality queen bed, are on the second floor, along with a washer and dryer, iron, and ironing board. Each bedroom has a private half bath (blow hair dryers provided), with access to a shared tub/shower. The first floor living room also has a high-end queen sleep sofa, so the rental can sleep 6 comfortably. A patio, perfect for morning coffee and an evening barbecue, features an outdoor dining table with a market umbrella, outdoor carpet and kettle grill. Take a scenic walk or bike ride along the Georgetown Lewes Rail Trail and Junction Breakwater Trail; two beach cruisers are provided (bring your own helmets), or bike into downtown Lewes and Lewes Beach and avoid feeding parking meters! Includes two reserved parking spaces.

All guests must supply their own sheets, towels and beach towels or OPT in for our linen rental package.

This property does not accept pets.

Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage, or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable. This amount will not be reflected in the quote amount on VRBO.

Beautiful home!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We absolutely enjoyed staying at this property. It is beautifully decorated and so comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet and convenient. What a beautiful property! The decor is lovely and the kitchen well stocked with dishes, utensils and cookware. It’s not far from the beach, shopping, great restaurants and entertainment. We really enjoyed our stay and pal. To return!

We were so happy to be able to reserve this house as a last minute trip. The area is very quiet and close to Lewes and Rehoboth restaurants and beaches. The bedrooms were spacious and the home is well maintained.

Long weekend

Property was rented last minute when we were coming to Lewe’s for a sports tournament. Five to ten minute drive to beaches. House very comfortable and convenient.

Too demanding, not great

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: While the cost doesn't seem that much greater than other places there was a lot of inconveniences that added up. For instance, they charge you to rent sheets and towels. We bought completely new items for quite a bit less than it would have cost to rent them. We also didn't buy the the cheap stuff either. They also expect you to do more cleaning than I've had at any other place. I would not stay here again.
