Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located, professionally decorated, first floor, two bedroom condo. No stairs or elevator necessary. The condo # is 3603.

SHEETS AND TOWELS ARE NOT PROVIDED. There are two queens (one is a sofa bed) and 4 twins. The community offers two pools and tennis courts. The condo has a queen size bed in the master, two sets of bunks with one trundle and a pull out sofa. Enjoy coffee and beverages on the back porch and cook a full meal in the kitchen. The community is close to all Rehoboth Beach activities and walkable into town.
The space
The home is professionally decorated and WILL look slightly different than photos, but just as cute! The second bedroom will have 2 bunks (one with a trundle) not a queen as shown in the photos. It’s a great community with a mix of renters and owners. Everyone is friendly and welcoming.

You’ll have access to the entire first floor condo, no stairs and the community amenities such as the pool and the tennis court.

8 min drive to beach!

My wife and friends and I went to Rehoboth for the weekend and stayed at this VRBO for two nights. The location was super convenient to the beach (comes with parking pass), restaurants, and breweries! The neighborhood was great and tucked away off the Coastal Highway. The property itself was spacious and comfortable. It was also great being a really short drive from the grocery store because we were able to cook meals in the full kitchen.

Property Double Booked

When we arrived to the building, I realized the lister had not sent the unit number. I quickly called and was given the unit number, only to discover it was occupied. The lister was very apologetic and helped get us set up with another unit in the area, but the situation definitely threw a monkey wrench into our plans. The lister also dropped of bagels and apologized profusely, hence the 3 star rating. Can't rate the cleanliness, accuracy of listing, or location since we didn't stay in the unit.

Good location

Had some issues with communication for this property, but the manager I was speaking with did her best to rectify them. I was able to speak with her directly with all of our concerns and she assured me they would be fixed. The property itself is great, good location and pool passes, parking pass as well as beach chairs are provided . We weren’t able to use the bikes or the pool but they looked like fun!
