The living area windows offer a nice wooded view overlooking the chair lift, and provide plenty of natural light. The unit is finely decorated and has all the amenities, including a spacious floor plan with in-floor radiant heat, complimentary Wi-Fi, gas fireplace, washer/dryer, TV and DVD player, two private decks and much more. Underground heated parking, fitness room, shared gas grills, private ski storage and elevator access add to the ease of this appealing unit. After a hard day on the slopes or on Main street, relax in the indoor/outdoor hot tubs.

Host was welcoming and very supportive. Unit was very clean, very hot water, fireplace and room heat was great. Great proximity to lift and free bus line. Onsite ski/board lockers and parking garage space was great. We would definitely stay there again.

Nice facility snd true ski in ski out. If I had to pick one criticism, it would be to get new mattresses for bedrooms. Otherwise, we had a great stay!!!
This was our second stay here in the summer. We often ski in Breckenridge but now love the summers. With hiking, water sports, and strolling around town, this is one our favorite summer places. This is a great property with plenty of room. Right at the Reservoir trail head and Snowflake lift, we hiked every day.

We really enjoyed the place (stayed in late December 2023). There were 6 of us who stayed so it was probably too big for us, as we each had our own beds (there are 2 sets of bunk beds, a king bed, a queen bed, and a pull out couch). Easy access to the snowflake life, a fully stocked kitchen, dining table, three bathrooms, outside patio, and the condo property having two hot tubs (one inside, one outside) as well as saunas are some benefits of this location. Some minor complaints we had were with parking (only permitted one spot per group) and a very small complaint that there wasn't enough couch space (two recliner chairs and one couch that can comfortably fit 2 or maybe 3). Overall, great place that our group would totally stay in again.

The property looked very, very different from the pictures, but I always find this when booking on VRBO. Being in property management/real estate I realize pictures can make everything so much nicer and bigger but very misrepresented when you get there. It did have 3 baths/bedrooms as advertised though - I get very tired of being disappointed through this site - really should represent it a bit better. Looked so much bigger, nicer and newer -

What an amazing place. I can write forever on what a life changing vacation this was. This was our first time in Breckenridge and our first ski in ski out experience and I don't know if we can ever do it any other way. We sat on the balcony and watched the skiers take the lift, watched the sun rise and drank coffee. When it was time to ski we got dressed, got our gear out of the assigned locked closet, went out the door, took about 25 steps and we were on the lift. ANYTIME you want to go back to eat, rest, etc., you just let your party know and if they want to keep skiing you just head down and do what you want. The condo is exactly the way it looks in the pictures and it's wonderful. There is a free trolley but that takes you around town and you can easily walk to town but remember, it's COLD when that sun goes down!! Brek is VERY expensive so just except it, plan for it and enjoy. One HUGE disappointment was they advertise indoor/outdoor hot tubs, steam room and dry sauna all which is true. ALL OF THEM were closed for maintenance. Now, anyone can understand having to close these types of things from time to time for maintenance, but we were there from Tuesday to Saturday and it was closed the entire time. We ran in to many disappointed guests as we checked daily to see if they were open. Lastly I went to check out the gym and one side had a huge puddle of water under the bench. I wouldn't let any of this stop you from going to this unit because in the end you are there to ski, enjoy Brek, and you WILL if you stay here.

We're sorry about the hot tubs and facilities on site, that is a very rare occurrence that they are all closed at the same time and we're sure the building managers only had to do that out of extreme necessity, perhaps the heating mechanicals had failed for instance. We loved our stay here! Condo was perfect and the location is amazing. A true ski in/out condo! Only negative is they would only issue 1 parking pass. We had two families staying in the condo, therefore two cars. They would only allow one parking pass for the heated garage. This needs to be changed to 2 parking passes if needed. The garage was never full so it wouldn't have been an issue. But overall the stay was perfect, and the condo was clean and a true mountain get away. We loved it!
The Riverbend building and unit 201 were a great property. The house was well stocked and decorated nicely. My only suggestion would be to leave more detailed information on how to catch the shuttles, as well as updating the bedding in the bunk rooms. It was a fantastic trip and the house suited our group of eight perfectly.
Stayed in Riverbend over Thanksgiving with our family of 6. The condo and location were both great. Only one car option was an issue as the parking garage was at most, 50% full the entire week, and we were asked to park our second car out at the Airport lot.

Great Room, No Parking
We loved the property and location. The check in process was okay. The front desk manager was less than helpful with directions and an additional parking pass, or where to park additional cars. Once we saw how empty the parking garage was, I called to ask for an additional pass. He refused even though another group we were with, who checked in separately, were able to get two passes. The garage stayed half empty for our entire stay.
FYI additional overnight parking is very far away.
Once we got to the room, there was a broken window that wouldn’t shut and he was not helpful there either. The building management did take care of it quickly (building management different from reservation management.)
It wouldn’t have been out of the realm of good customer service to provide the additional parking pass. Especially given the amount of money we spent to stay there and the place wasn’t busy. Other than him, the stay was enjoyable.
For accessing the ski resort or the darling town of Breckenridge, this place can’t be beat! Just yards from the chair lift and a moderate walk to town my family and I thoroughly enjoyed our first visit to this winter wonderland. I hope we can come back again❤️
We usually only come to Breck for skiing and stay at Peak 9. This summer we had a great time at this location on 4 o’clock road hiking and enjoying the cool weather. Since it is right at the start of Snowflake lift, we will definitely consider staying here in the winter. Also condo was clean, well furnished, and convenient to everything Breck.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Riverbend Lodge. Our unit was quite spacious, clean, and well equipped. The main living room and one bedroom had vaulted ceilings which made the unit feel very roomy which it was anyway. Large gas fireplace; TVs in every room. Heating in the kitchen floors was a nice touch. The location could not have been better. Snowflake lift was right out the back door along with a place to rent equipment (VERY friendly and helpful shop) and a ticket office. This made the whole process so easy and convenient especially since we had new skiers. Riverbend is not at the base of the main peaks so you miss all the heavy foot traffic and long lines to get on the mountain. From Snowflake Lift you can get to where you need to go on the mountain easily. Short walk down the road and you are in the heart of town. And oh yea, if you don't feel liking walking, the bus stop is right out the back door too. Workout room, spa, and hot tub areas were very clean and well maintained. Hope to be back next year; I would definitely stay here again.
