A spacious and charming single family home located in the heart of North Hollywood is perfect for families, groups of friends, and travelers who want to experience all that Los Angeles has to offer while enjoying a comfortable and convenient stay in a standalone home.
The house features four spacious bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a large open living room, huge backyard comes with a fire pit and a hot tub, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the California weather

The space:

The house is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood, with easy access to public transportation and just a short drive to some of Los Angeles' most popular attractions. Universal Studios is just a 15-minute drive away, and other famous Los Angeles landmarks such as the Hollywood Walk of Fame, the Sunset Strip, and the beach are also within easy reach. Malibu and Santa Monica are also just a short drive away, making it easy to enjoy some of California's most beautiful coastline.

There is a spacious converted garage offers a game room with a pool table and a foosball table .

It has a beautiful designed humongous backyard with lounge chairs, a hot tub, BBQ grill and a fire pit perfect for relaxation after a day of exploring LA

Guest access:

- Guest has access to the whole house except the linen closet.

Other things to note:

- VRBO is not allowing us to pin the correct address on the system but the house is located in North Hollywood and it is situated in a safe and quiet neighborhood. It's also just 5 minutes away from the address posted here on Airbnb.

- Fireplace is not available for used
- We have security camera in the front
- Parking is on driveway and street parking
- There is a pet fee

House rules
1. No loud music and noise, no party.
2. We do have exterior cameras to count the number of guests, if there is a party or any complaints from neighbors we will call police, and our security company will escort you to leave the house immediately.
3. No smoking of anything inside the house. This includes weed and cigarettes. Will be a fine $500 if guests smoke inside the house
4. Please do not move furniture. If you must, please move it back to its proper place.
5. Cleaning fee is for a normal cleaning, if the house is left trashed, an extra charge of $300 will be added for a complete deep clean.
6. If guests tend to throw an illegal party without our knowledge will be a fine $1000.
7. PLEASE NOTE: Wipes should not be flushed to the toilet.

Additional rules
1. Occasional events must be approved by host and are higher in price than overnight stays.
2. Extra guests/visitors must be approved by host, there is an additional fee for extra guests . Exterior cameras installed on house to verify that guest count is accurate.
3. Pet cleaning fee: $30 per pet per night and must communicate the host before booking
4. Please respect our neighbors. No loud music or conversation outside after quiet hour at 9:30pm.

Great House

We surprised our children with a VRBO instead of a hotel. First time doing that. They were very excited but I think they first thought we would be in a Kardashian's type place so they were a little disappointed at first as we were driving into the neighborhood. Once inside, they were quite happy as the place looks recently renovated. The hot tub and game room were a hit although we didn't really use them. We essentially only slept here as we visited Disneyland. Everyone slept great with no complaints. We would definitely stay here again if the need arises.

Nice home, but hot tub did not work

The house was a little smaller than we had anticipated. The pictures make the home appear bigger however, it was clean and simple. The neighborhood was ok. One neighbor had pretty loud music playing each night of our stay. One of the main reasons for booking this home, rather than one of the other 2 locations we were looking at, was the hot tub advertised. My husband was reall looking forward to it after long days at the amusement park. We had messaged the owner prior to our stay, to ask about how to operate and use the hot tub. She assured us it would be on for us when we arrived. We were incredibly disappointed when we discovered it was not working the night we arrived, and then was not available for our entire stay. For the price we paid, we could have stayed at another nicer location that had 3 bathrooms and 4 bedrooms. The street is very tight, with cars parked all along the street. When we arrived, the parking in front of the house was never available, as there was a vehicle parked there our entire stay. The trash bin was also out front, was over filled and placed in front the house at the curb. It wasn't a huge issue for us, but it would have been beneficial to have a place to take our trash or recycleables, out to. There was only one trash can in the kitchen and a very small trash can in both bathrooms. This location is ok, the house clean, but this location is not what it appears to be on the listing. The price is inflated for not having the amenities promised.

Perfect Universal Getaway

This stay was absolutely everything we expected in a five star vacation rental. We wanted a spot close to Universal Studios, and it was just ten minutes - didn’t even have to get on the freeway. All the decor was modern, peaceful, and inspiring, plus everything was immaculately clean, which is a must. Our family of 4 adults and 3 children ages 7-13 was super comfy, felt safe, entertained & relaxed; The game room was such a nice extra space, and the kids loved doing cartwheels on the grass while the adults enjoyed the hot tub. The owner was quick to respond and even sent a message to just check in :) I just love staying in a rental that feels like a hotel, and this totally delivered!
