This house was the closest to perfect that I ever stayed in. It was walking distance from the grocery store and liquor store. Rooms and amenities was nice.

Great spot for big groups

We had 10 of us and there was so much room. Lots of different areas in door and outdoor so hangout in. Was there for a company retreat and it was perfect

Wonderful Time in Cabo Bello

The property was just as advertised and great for spring break with the family. Anna was great to communicate with and extremely responsive. Thanks to Anna and her team for the wonderful holiday.

The house is great, spacious, terrific outdoor space and rooftop views. Close to a beach with good snorkeling and the house has beach chairs and umbrellas. Worth paying for hot tub heat but did not need pool heat. Anna is responsive and Daniella checked in on us and returned a lost item to us. I am still waiting to hear back from management on a billing issue but overall we had a terrific week at Casa La Roca.

Perfect home base for our bachelor/bachelorette

The house was so spacious and comfortable for our large group. Photos don't do the view from the roof justice and the pool area has a great hangout vibe. Thank you to Anna, who was so responsive and helpful at all times of day. Thanks!

Casa La Roca

Great secure location. Easy walk to a private beach. The pool and spa at the location were clean and well equipped and we enjoyed them throughly. The house is equipped with everything you might need! Comfortable beds and living quarters. Our family had a great vacation at this special location. Grocery store right across the street. Restaurants close by. Basically in the middle of San Jose, and Los Cabos.

Perfect house for a family

The house had everything for my children and wife to really enjoy and create lasting memories. The pool has a wading area which was perfect for my two young boys who are still learning how to swim. The location is great, not too far away from the busy downtown marina area, a 15 min Uber ride away. The place felt very secure and the guards there even recommended a large suv taxi for us which he ended up being our personal chauffeur for the week. All in all it’s a strong recommendation

Booked this property through Expedia 1 year ago.Had planned this family holiday around an extended holiday in Cabo for my husband and I. I booked 1 week before and 2 consecutive weeks after around the Marina area due to map on Expedia pinning the villa near Divorce Beach. We discovered the true location of the villa the day before our family arrived. Not near the Marina, Medano Beach,nor a 1 minute walk to the private beach.The Marina location and beach com. beach was of importance to our family due to 3 children under 6. Cabo Bello location is a good 10 minute drive to the Marina area, or an hour/half walk to Medano beach.You do need a car. The beach access for the property is a long walk for little ones and it is NOT swimmable for small children. Beach is very rough. There are grocery stores, liquor stores and restaurants near Cabo Bello community. Be very careful crossing the highway though to get to the Fresco Market.The photos of the villa were accurate.The large open concept main floor worked out fantastic for our large group of 17.The kitchen was massive and very well stocked with anything that we needed. Inside cupboards and drawers were spotless. The appliances were clean. Pool area was wonderful. Lots of chairs. Beautiful large home, unfortunately lacking in regular maintenance.The team did address issues in a timely manner. The longer we stayed the more maintenance issues we discovered. Information on Exp. and Vrbo sites is conflicting. 7 star rating.
