One of the best units in Keel Club- units. Perfect condo for TWO people who want to walk TWO minutes to have TOO much fun at the Cass Cay Grill!! Watch boats, manatees and dolphins as you sip coffee or wine in the private, screened in lanai facing the marina. Relax after a long day in comfortable king size bed. The bedroom is bright with patio door leading out to lanai. Well stocked kitchen with Keurig coffee maker. Living room with Smart TV and Netflix. Free WIFI. In unit washer/dryer. Large parking lot. Elevator in building. Gated community with three restaurants, can rent bikes and kayaks . Live music and entertainment at Links and Cass Cay Tiki Bar. Charter boats for fishing also available. 18 hole golf course, pickle ball courts and fitness club on site. Can purchase guest pass for fee.

Our month long stay at the Keel Club staying in the Chart Room was wonderful. This unit has one of the best views in the Marina. From morning till night, there is something to watch outside on the screened in balcony, from people, boats to dolphins, very entertaining. The unit has everything you need. The king size bed was very comfortable, and the living room furniture was also nice for watching TV at the end of the day. The electric controlled lazy boy chair is a game changer. Stacked washer and dryer in unit worked great and the automatic ice maker in refrigerator was the best I’ve ever seen. The owner was quick to respond to any questions we had. The Keel Club has a very nice, clean pool with a restroom. Having the Trading Post and Cass Cay restaurant right next door is also a great convenience. We look forward to staying here again.

Clean condo .very difficult to locate needed to find correct entrance gate. Manager was able to direct then finding actual unit was another call to manager.Air conditioning unit was out for two nights manager was able to get resolve and did offer use of another unit which we didn’t use. Fire alarm battery was beeping at 2am are last night think it needs new battery,
