Living Room:
Large windows let in all the natural light you could wish for. Turn on the gas fireplace and watch the sun slowly set over top of the mountains. Or cozy up and watch a movie on the large 65” Smart TV

Downstairs:
You’ll find a large, comfortable living area/recreation room on the bottom floor. Walk out on the patio to your private hot tub, only a couple steps away, and you are enjoying the warmth. With its large sectional, 55” Smart TV, gas fireplace, and pool table, the downstairs living area will ensure everyone in your group stays entertained.

Kitchen:
This fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to cook even the largest of meals! The large island includes a sit-up bar with seating for four.

– Grilling tongs.
– Full set of Knives.
– Oven, Microwave, Dishwasher, Toaster, Coffee Maker, Blender, Rice Cooker

Sleeping Arrangements:
Master Bedroom: King-sized bed, huge walk-in closet, dresser, private ensuite with jetted tub and stand-up shower.
Bedroom 2: Single + single day bed, with desk and chair.
Bedroom 3: Queen bed, walk-in closet, dresser, and desk with chair
Bedroom 4: Queen bed, 32” Smart TV, dresser and closet
Bedroom 5: Queen bed and single over single bunk bed.

Outdoor Space:
Another reason staying here is so enviable is you'll be able to spend your time on the sizeable second-story deck with its new weber grill for family meals or to sit, have a drink and take in your surroundings. Below is a ground-level patio with a walk-out from your recreation room where you can enjoy the golfers strolling by from the comfort of your hot tub.

Laundry
A washer and dryer are available for your use, located on the main floor next to the garage entrance. We keep the laundry room stocked with laundry pods and bounce sheets that you are free to use.

Voted the friendliest place in Canada, Radium offers peace, beauty and adventure. You can hear birds singing with the softest echoes at all times of the day. There are five golf courses within a 15-minute drive. The world-famous Radium hot springs are only a 5-minute drive. If you want to recharge and relax, look no further!
1. Quiet Hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
2. Parties will not be permitted on the property.
3. No pets allowed
4. There is no smoking permitted on the property, including vapes. Any proof of smoking will result in a fee for odour removal.
5. We ask that you please respect the neighbours as they are great people.
6. We provide high-quality hotel linens for our property and proper makeup removal cloths. Any stained linens will be billed to the guest.
7. Guests must check for Fire bans before using the outdoor fire pit.
8. Any items that are mistakenly left behind that you wish to have returned will be shipped via Cash on Delivery with a $30.00 fee.
9. Hot tub use should be restricted to 30 minutes and avoided by anyone who may be pregnant. After each use it is the guest’s responsibility to add 1 cap of boost granules (chlorine granules) into the middle of the hot tub while the jets are turned on and to run the jets for 20 minutes and leave the lid open for 45 minutes. Please make sure that you remember to close the lid as no one wants a cold hot tub. We find that this is best done at the end of the evening as the hot tub should not be used for 3 hours after. If you remove the chlorine floater during your use it is the guest’s responsibility to make sure it is placed back in the hot tub after each use. We ask that if you are enjoying a beverage in the tub that you only use plastic cups. If the hot tub water is not properly maintained and requires more then 1 site visit for maintenance or requires us to drain and refill the water there will be an additional charge of $400.00
