Welcome to "The Holiday House,” a brand-new, stunning lakefront retreat. This bright, mid-century modern home features a cantilevered living room and floor-to-ceiling windows, offering panoramic views of Windermere Lake and the Purcell and Rocky Mountains. With a gourmet kitchen, gas fireplace, hot tub, and a variety of relaxing spaces, this property was designed for a true getaway—whether that's with family or a group of friends, couples, or colleagues.
The Holiday House has 4 bedrooms (including a 4-queen bed bunk room), and 4 full bathrooms. Located on the lake, you have easy access to a private community dock and boat moorage. It's 200 steps from the property down to the path that will take you to the private pier and beach. Restaurants, water parks, golf courses, mountain bike trails and ski hills are all close by this ideally located property.
The kitchen is fully stocked with all the appliances and amenities you’d find at home, including a Nespresso. It has a wine/beverage cooler and two fridges with plenty of room for your vacation groceries. The dining area features an 8-person dining table and the kitchen island can seat 6. There's also an outdoor table on the patio.
The upper level features a cozy living area with a Frame TV, nap-worthy sofa, and tons of natural light. You can open the lift and sliding doors to create one large, indoor / outdoor space overlooking the lake. There are lounge chairs and an outdoor firepit for you to enjoy while you take in the beautiful views. There are 2 bedrooms on this level: a luxurious, ensuited master bedroom (The Windermere Suite) that features a king bed, as well as a stylish guest suite (The Deerfoot Room) with a comfy queen bed. We also have a "work from home zone" set up (including a monitor, printer, and Wi-Fi) if you need to put in a few hours.
The lower level features a “kid zone” with 4 built-in, queen bunk beds that sleep a total of 8. There's also a Smart TV—perfect for movie nights and gaming galore! The media center is filled with books, toys and games and there is a full sized video arcade with over 300 games to keep kids of all ages entertained. We are set up for families and the house is equipped with a high chair, travel crib and toddler blow up bed. There is a bathroom with a tub and shower located beside the bunkie room. The laundry room lives on this level, along with an additional ensuited master bedroom with a king bed and amazing private balcony (The Kinsman Suite).

We are Jen & Johnny and we can’t wait to host you in our home. We live in Vancouver but have lots of family in Calgary. Every summer for the past 15 years we would make the drive with our two boys from Vancouver to Calgary (and then to Gull Lake). We always stopped in Invermere, and we absolutely fell in love with it.
In 2018 we got the opportunity to purchase Lot 9 – our piece of paradise. We started construction in 2021 (mid-COVID) and we completed in 2023. Every item in this home was selected with care.
