Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Leave the kitchen, dishes, utensils and grill clean.
Place any wet or dirty towels or bathrobe in the bathroom.
Leave the sheets/bed covers on the beds.
Close and lock all doors and windows. Close the gate on each side of the porch with a latch on.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Why they chose this property
Although it is CLOSE to the highway, it is a quiet, private, super special place! We feel that we are away from the city and still can enjoy the spectacular mountain views! We are often surrounded by dreamy haze of impalpable mist, you will really enjoy the fantastic views of the SMOKY mountains!
What makes this property unique
All roads are paved roads. This CUTE cabin only needs 0.3 miles to drive up the hill. Super close (10minutes) to both Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. It is so close to the spur/highway (only 1 mile), easy to navigate and drive up the hill only 0.3miles then you will enjoy the private stunning mountain views!
