Flip Flop Haven is a slice of heaven located at St. Regis, an oceanfront condominium complex of 240 retreats located on the scenic shores at the north end of Topsail Island. Even though you'll be close to Surf City, Jacksonville and Wilmington, there are so many things to do right here that you'll never need to leave St. Regis! In addition to our sandy shores and the beautiful waters of the Atlantic Ocean, you'll have access to an outdoor pool, a fully-equipped fitness center with sauna, a kid's playground, an arcade, an onsite restaurant, a poolside cabana, and a treat shop where you can get some scrumptious ice cream on those warm sunny days.

Park in front of Building 1 and use one of several hotel luggage carts to bring your belongings up the elevator and to our newly remodeled and decorated two-bedroom, two-bath condo with keyless entry. Flip Flop Haven offers spectacular views of the ocean from the living room and the outside balcony...furnished with four Poly Lumber bar height stools with tables. The living area boasts new furniture with a large flatscreen tv and dvd player.

A fully equipped and updated kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals or snacks for the family. The bar seats four and the dining table seats six, a perfect place to sit and play board games or put puzzles together when you're taking a break from the sun.

The spacious primary bedroom has a king bed and a tv as well. It also offers a desk for writing postcards ("wish you were here"). Or maybe you are someone who works from home and need a quiet area to take care of leftover business. Or maybe you just need to charge your electronics using the built-in USB ports on the desk lamp. There is an en suite bath with single vanity with lots of storage and a tub/shower combo. The second bedroom sleeps four with a double bed and bunks. There is also a tv in this room with a second bath across the hall with a tub/shower combo. Both bedrooms have private balcony access.

St Regis complex is not pet friendly and there is a strict no pet policy. However, service dogs are allowed but guests must show state registration and purchase a $45 pet permit from St Regis HOA located in Building 2. Failure to do this may result in a $100 per day fine. Guest is responsible for cleaning up after dog, inside and outside of condo. Pet must be a registered SERVICE pet, not an emotional support or therapy pet.

Know how to read our room numbers? The first number indicates which building the condo is in (1, 2 or 3). The second number indicates which floor the condo is located on. (Understand that the first floor is actually the "lobby" floor. So if your floor number is "1" that is actually the second floor and you'll need to climb steps or use the elevator to get to it.) The last two numbers are the unit number. So unit 1102 is located in Building One, on the first floor (acturally the 2nd floor!) and is labeled 02.

Sadly our INDOOR HEATED POOL AND HOT TUB are not available at this time due to repairs needed. However, check out what is available:

Please understand that there may not be enough of each item to last you through your stay. You will need to bring (or purchase) additional items. This is just to get you started.

We also offer our guests access to books on local history, books and charts to enhance your shell/shark teeth collecting experience, as well as light reading to enjoy. Also, there are board games, puzzles and card games for all ages. Bedspreads, pillows and extra blankets are available for your use. Linens are not included; you may bring your own or rent a package (Coastal Linen is located onsite at St. Regis 910-787-4972). There will be a collection of beach towels you may use during your stay but you are encouraged to bring your own as well. Please launder any towels you borrow so they are ready for the next guests. We also have available for your use at no extra charge a Pack 'n Play and booster seat.
