Inside, the open floor plan is gorgeous. The first floor includes a spacious living room, with a TV, DVD, stereo, and wet bar. The fully appointed kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a center island, and a breakfast bar that seats 5. The wonderful dining area features a large banquette table with plush window seating.

Nearby, the primary bedroom, king, has a TV and plenty of windows. The private bath includes a double vanity, a separate shower with a large shower seat, and a Roman tub.

Wonderful property

Amazing home, beautiful and practical for our large family - very spacious living, eating and kitchen area with tons of seating. The patios were wonderful with lots of comfy seating. Loved the private master on the first floor tucked away from all the other rooms on the second floor. One of the best homes we have stayed in in Watercolor!

Excellent Family Vacation Home

Phenomenal house, ideal location close to pools, outdoor recreation. Home is ideal for multi kid families and rooms are well thought out and designed. Chef kitchen has everything you need and great room for watching movies or sitting on balconies. One of our favorite homes we have stayed at. 10 mins and your at the Watercolor Beach Resort or Seaside.

Lovely

We had a wonderful stay. The property is close to the pool and basketball court. Felt very safe for the kids to ride bikes and walk to the pool. The house was amazing. Plenty of room for everyone to have their own space for a week. We will be back next year!
