I’ve rented at a number of VRBOs and in each instance the host or representative provides a contact number. Not the case at this condo. Entry codes to the condo/elevator were received late. The king bed needs replacing as it’s too soft. Master bath shower head has a weak flow/. Parking lot is one-half block away with tight manuevering for parking spaces. On the positive side, the condo was clean with nice furnishings.

Hi Mike, the codes were not received late. In fact I see where it was sent to you an hour before check in and for some reason you were not able to read the chat. The messages are automated for that very reason, so that the codes are provided in a timely manner. Yes the resort parking garage as advertised is a block behind the oceanfront resort. There is also a contact number for us right in the app. Perhaps you have not used the platform before and that is why you could not access the check in information that was sent to you an HOUR in advance of your check in time nor the contact number. I am sorry that you had issues with that.

Room was great and clean. Parking was good but confusing and tight spaces. Unloading and loading was terrible since you are not allowed to use a cart yourself and you have to wait on a bellhop which can be a long wait. Property details offer free golf across the street but that is not true on rentals.

Just to clarify the golf, Hilton discontinued complimentary access in spring 2026 for privately managed units like ours. Unfortunately, that decision is completely outside of our control, and we’ve updated our information accordingly. The good news is Myrtle Beach has dozens of great mini-golf options nearby, many of which offer a much better experience and were more popular with our guests even when the onsite course was free. Could not have been happier with our stay. The condo was perfect for the two of us and would have been comfortable with 3-5 more. The balcony was excellent, though we would recommend putting some sort of table, even a couple end tables to accompany the many chairs. The view was great. The unit was stocked as advertised. The kitchen had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable. We spent the majority of our time sitting and walking on the beach. Water temperature was excellent, thank you for arranging that. Parking was not the greatest, but it did not take away from an excellent trip. We ate at a couple seafood buffets; they were good but if you are looking for quality over quantity look elsewhere. The crab legs were great at both places (Captain George's and Captain Nemo's). Bimini's was a nice place with excellent food and atmosphere. We had pizza at Jaybo's and it was simple and pretty good, they have a limited toppings menu. We went to Kirk's ice cream parlor, and it was very good. Overall, we have no complaints with anywhere we went to eat, and with the condo. We would recommend driving both directions down Ocean Boulevard. There are magnificent homes in one direction and endless resorts in the other direction. We went to Conway one day, and it is a cute town and in October it is decorated for Halloween. We went to Brookgreen Sculpture Gardens on another day and it was very impressive. In summary quality and location of the condo was excellent.
