Love this property. Lana and Lynn are always great hosts. Loved the new herb/veggie garden on the back fence. Look forward to my next visit. Communication with hosts is awesome.

Doggie perfect!

This was probably the cleanest rental house we’ve ever stayed in—I never got that usual icky feeling I experience at other places. We brought our two French bulldogs and loved having the fenced backyard, so they could roam freely without any worries. Overall, we had a great stay with easy beach access and plenty of dining options nearby. The house was well-stocked with everything we needed, and they even had fresh herbs and tomatoes growing in the backyard!

Beautiful, historic property in a great location. We especially enjoyed the owner's tasteful decor, which further showed off the authentic pueblo walls and finishes. One tiny warning: Be careful turning on the main bathroom faucet or it will splash you with water. Not a big deal--we got used to it! The owner really went the extra mile to include information on the house and to leave plenty of reading material on historic Taos.

Perfect Beach Cottage

This house was adorable, close to the beach and was so perfectly stocked with everything you could ever need for a beach vacation. The house was updated, very clean, had very nice fenced in backyard with a patio and outdoor furniture. We are hoping to visit again next year.

L & L beach cottage

We had a great stay here. The house was supplied with tons of kitchen and bathroom extras. The back yard is fully fenced-in for dogs to run freely on the greenest grass on the street. We enjoyed the location too.

Wonderful cottage!

My husband and i went for a short getaway after Christmas with our pups. Wonderful location with very well stocked kitchen and baths. Clean and comfortable. Great fenced backyard and nice screened porch. Will definitely be going back. Beach only 2 blocks away. Loved it!!

Perfect weekend

We had a wonderful stay at this cute little cottage. It was very clean on arrival, everything was even better than advertised. Lana has so many nice touches for travelers little extras that so many places don’t provide. We loved the backyard and spent a lot of time out there and the beach is just a short walk away. The beds were very comfortable and while being a smaller place there was plenty of room for us to visit with our daughter and her boyfriend that live close by. I couldn’t have asked for easier communication from a host. Lana was very kind and let us know, without being asked, that we could check in early, made sure we were aware of bad weather coming our way and checked to make sure there wasn’t anything we needed. We truly enjoyed the home and felt very comfortable there.

Sweet spot!

Enjoyed our stay and the host was great. Location is in a good area and has two close beach access points. Also close to all the places we visit on 30A. 15-20 min drive for us in August. Highly recommend and will return. Pet friendly also.

AMAZING!!!

The location of the house was convenient for us to walk to and from the beach. The house was clean and tidy and stocked with items that we possibly needed for our stay. The beds were super comfy. I would recommend this host and house to all my family and friends. We can’t wait to come back!

Great house and location

The house and location were great for us. It's a short walk to the beach. I enjoyed sitting on the porch every morning before I started my day. I highly recommend this house for a nice stay.

Perfect cottage for family of 4 with our pup

This cottage is absolutely perfect, well furnished and a great space to relax. It was a perfect place to have our pup join us and a great outdoor space for us and her. Everything we needed was provided and all I had to worry about was food and clothes. The walk to the beach was easy and short. We will definitely rent again when we return.

A comfortable, clean & well stocked cottage. Beautiful fenced in back yard perfect for hanging out with our dog. Location was great. Only 5 min walk to beach with easy access. Close to grocery, restaurants & shopping. Owners are extremely kind! Highly recommend this cottage.

Absolutely fantastic house

This property was everything claimed and more. My puppy lived the enclosed backyard and i lived the enclosed front screen porch. The herb and vegetable garden was very helpful also. Only 5 min. To beach and a great breakfast place the Sunnyside Grill. A must stay on next vacation.

Perfect beach house

My husband and 2 kids (11 and 13) stayed here for the first time this year. We had amazing time! The house was only about a 5 min walk to a quiet beach. The house had everything we needed. The king sized beds were super comfortable! The location is in a quiet part of PCB, but you are only about a 15 min drive away from all the shopping, restaurants and attractions. We will definitely be staying here again!

A Wesr End Gem

Great property ; 2 blocks to the beach. Everything worked perfectly....tile floors were perfect for our old dog. Never stayed in this area but we will be back. Used entire property; front porch , back yard, grill, kitchen, etc. Lots of hot water and cold AC.

5+ Star Stay at the most Adorable House!

This was by far one of the best rentals we have had! Extremely comfortable beds, nice cool A/C, fenced in yard was perfect for our little pups and an outdoor beach shower to rinse of the days adventures before coming inside. The owners took good care to stock so many supplies, kitchen things, toiletries, and odds and ends most places don’t have (foil, cooking spray, spices, ziplock bags, plenty of dishes, pots and pans, utensils, to go mugs, etc). We enjoyed the outdoor space and front porch as well to kick back and relax! Look forward to coming here again!! Highly recommend!! Thank you Lana and Lynn for a perfect getaway!!
