My stay was excellent and the unit was nice and clean with very good air flow. The balcony was excellent for me being a senior and not wanting to get to much sun. My family had a wonderful time on this trip as well. The only hiccup I experience was trying to get registered to get the vehicle pass and the arm bands which the computer was possibly having a hard day. Overall everything was great!

The only issue was the first day, the chairs and umbrellas ran out. The foot traffic in front of pineapple willys was alot but the police really had everything under control and the security within the resort is top tier!

Nice place to stay besides the elevators, with the amount of money you pay you would think the elevator would work.

Great place to stay!

We had a wonderful time with our family! The view was amazing. Our only complaint is that the master bedroom bed is awful. Feels like u r sleeping in a hole.

Hi Heather, thank you for your stay with us and your feedback. We went to check the mattress and actually found a damaged box spring that was causing it to sag. We purchased a new box spring that corrected the issue. When you stay with us next time just give us a call and we will take action to solve things like this when your here. We hope to see you at one of our many RentMyBeachPlace properties again soon!

Excellent beach front property

Enjoyed our stay. Great location. There are not enough elevators in the facility, so an excessive amount of time is spent waiting on elevators however this is a facility issue and not a host issue. The condo was clean and communication was great

The unit definitely needs to be cleaned good. The floors were so dirty our feet were black the first. Time we walked without shoes. The air return is covered in dust and the pots and pans were in poor condition . Overall the unit did not feel clean. The pillows were terrible uncomfortable flat and I just feel like you should have a nice comfortable pillow and a decent non stick pan if you’re paying close to 2k for 4 nights. Berta ruined the beach for us and the pool was mostly closed too due to weather. Management responded the first night to an issue with the air conditioner but never responded again. We left day early since the weather had been so bad. Also the parking garage is not great either- not enough space for parking or passing other vehicles and the elevator wait was insane.

Amazing room!!

We absolutely loved the room! There was 6 of us and the we all fit perfect. It had everything you needed for your stay. It was like being at home. Everything was clean and looked great! Cort, our host was on top of everything. He texted me when the room was ready for us to check it. When I messaged him before our stay with questions be answered within minutes! It was a great time!

Rest, Relax, Recharge

Nice property - looks like the pictures - view of the beach is great - no problems moving throughout the resort - no problems with the elevators - check in was smooth no wait - management team (Casey & Cort) professional / helpful even when they were irritated with me for complaining about the blowers from Pineapple Willies starting between 5:30-5:50am & resort maintenance blowers were a little later in the am that woke us up, carpets need a deep cleaning, Cort was awesome addressing the other needs

Great unit and the view was beautiful!

The unit was clean and had everything we needed. The balcony has the best view. Cort responded very quickly to our needs. The elevator is fast for how busy the building is. The security is awesome. I was surprised I didn’t know about the $85 bracelet and parking fee until I arrived. The property is right next door to Pineapple Willys so there are a lot of spring breakers close by on the beach. You can choose to set up a little further down if you want to avoid that crowd. Also, if you have a car top carrier you will NOT fit in the parking garage and they have no where to store it for you. We had to remove ours and keep it in our vehicle which was very inconvenient as we have a very large one!

Hi Rebecca! Thank you for the review. We are so glad to hear that you enjoyed your stay in this beautiful RentMyBeachPlace property! Parking fees vary by condo complex, and we do not have power over those. This any of our units require to register and pay for parking separately, it is noted at the bottom of each listing. We hope that helps. We would love to host you again very soon!

Nice unit, complicated property

The unit is exactly as described. I wish there were little things like coffee filters given you have to purchase a huge number of them at a time. However, the biggest negative is the overall property. Not the unit at all, but the parking garage is very tight and with all those SUV and trucks I was waiting to get hit in my little rental. And the elevators are so incredibly slow and packed nearly all the time that we often hiked 9 floors up and down. Glad to get the workout, but something worth noting if you have an elderly person or little kids with you. Again, the unit was exactly as described. The soundproofing is great given we were directly over Pineapple Willie's. But the Shores of Panama is not likely to be on my repeat visit list.
