This Rustic Eagle Crest Chalet features a great room plan, wood wrapped windows and trim with log accents. The Master suite boasts a king size bed with en suite bathroom. There is another bedroom downstairs with a king bed. There is an additional full bathroom downstairs as well. The upstairs loft has a pull out sofa bed. Great cabin, but has 2 useable beds, not 3

This is the third time my family has stayed in one of these Eagle Crest cabins, and this one was the cleanest and most well stocked (it had aluminum foil, plastic bags, etc). The carpet seemed new and was good quality, it had a clean and fun hot tub, and had two comfortable beds. The only thing that was a bummer was that the sofa bed was saggy and broken, so my teen ended up sleeping on the floor because the couch wasn't long enough for my tall kid. The property management was responsive and told me they would let the owner know about this, but that was the last I heard from them. The house advertised 3 beds that sleeps 6, which is why we chose it. However, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this cabin to anyone who doesn't need 3 beds.

Cabin as advertised, recommend thorough cleaning

The cabin was cozy and as advertised. Check-in and our was very easy. I appreciated the minimal check-out cleaning requirements as a guest. However, upon arrival, there were food crumbs on the couch and living room floor, and a dirty sock under the spare bed. When we went to use the hot tub the next day, it was not clean. I reached out to the property managers and was told they weren’t sure they could get someone there to clean it on the weekend. Ultimately, a very nice person came and serviced the hot tub including draining half the water, but I would recommend cleaning and chemical balances are done prior to guest arrival, particularly given the guest policy as it relates to charges for a dirty hot tub upon check out.
