Just steps from Park City Mountain Resort base, the Empire Chalet 02 is a home of the highest caliber and is situated in one of the most sought after locations in Historic Old Town!

A short walk, even in ski boots, is the base of Park City Mountain Resort. Historic Main Street is easily accessible by the adjacent staircase that leads down to Main Street for shopping, dining, nightlife and more.

Skiing, snowboarding, restaurants, bars, galleries and live music are all within walking distance. Free transit buses provide additional support on snowy nights or to other areas of town.
This super luxury ski retreat is known for its plush beds, fashionable furnishings, and mountain modern architecture. Sleeping 14, the mountain abode is perfect for family groups, Sundance Film Festival groups, and corporate retreats alike. Combine with booking Empire Modern Chalet 06 nearby and sleep a total of 22!

Two Queen suites with gorgeous modern stone and glass ensuite bathrooms adorn each their own levels of the property, with the King master suite on the top floor along with private balcony. The fourth suite in the lower level has two sets of Queen bunk beds. The top-level king suite and the lowest level bunk suite are both situated to have their own levels of the home. See photos of non-traditional entry spaces for reference. There is one Twin roll away that can be offered to sleep 15, in addition to the 14 in beds. The Twin roll away must be requested by email in advance of arrival if set up is needed.

The hot tub off of the lower level patio offers panoramic historic downtown Park City and mountain views.

Radiant heat on every level of the home creates consistency in temperature throughout winter months. Sub zero and Wolf appliances adorn the gourmet kitchen, coupled with beautiful Carrera marble counters and wide plank white oak flooring.

The garage at this residence is being remodeled into a ski room for guest use and will no longer accommodate vehicles. The property's heated driveway offers parking for one mid sized SUV and is ideal for immediate access into the home. Ski and equipment storage will be available in the garage. There is no street parking allowed in Park City proper during winter months. Off street parking for one vehicle only.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ LocationX3 - This was my second time staying at this amazing place, perfectly located midway between Park City Lifts and Old Town Restaurants/Bars/Shopping. You'll never need to drive once you're here. This place even has driveway subterranean heating, so no problem with a major dumping of fresh powder - you'll still have a dry driveway to pull into. Even the entire house has heated floors, including the garage - so all your boots & gear will be perfectly warm & dry by morning. I love the custom drying rack to put boots and gloves for your next session on the mountain. I love the massive shower/bathtub room with double shower heads or try the tub at the back of the shower with a panoramic view of the snow covered hills. Being a BBQ guy, I also love the Big Green Egg (fully equipped with BGE charcoal & starters already set to go). It made for an amazing smoked top sirloin, and the entire kitchen is top notch and well stocked for some amazing meals together. Being 6'6” I also love the King Size Bed on the top floor with a beautiful balcony to relax on after a great day on the mountain. That's after a long recovery in the spa downstairs with plenty of warm rolled towels right inside when you get out. Be sure to connect to their WiFi then use the built in Sonos Speaker System while you relax in front of of the fire at the touch of a button on the remote. Enjoy the big screen TV over the fire and cozy up with your special someone and have a glass of wine. You can connect your phone to the TV and look through all the days footage together. I highly recommend this place; feel free to bring the whole family and friends because there's plenty of space to relax together - or on your own floor (4 levels). Enjoy Life at this perfect location 🤙

Perfect Ski Chalet
This was my second time staying here. We went with family the first time and loved it so much that we had to stay again. It was the perfect luxe ski chalet! The bedrooms are well appointed with cozy bedding and sheets, and the common areas are well decorated. All of the bathrooms have full sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap which is a nice touch and made the whole place feel luxurious. They have plenty of extra towels, sheets, and pillows. I am a light sleeper and appreciate that you can't hear footsteps from the floor above, even with three stories. We loved being able to hot tub after a day skiing as well! In my opinion, this is the perfect location to stay if you're visiting Park City. It is about 35 minutes from the airport, but once you're there, you really don't need a car. We walked to the ski resort which is right down the street. Walking to downtown only takes about ten minutes, and there are plenty of great restaurants and shops to choose from. We loved going to Harvest for breakfast and coffee before skiing and always finished our days with a cookie from Chip…all walking distance! We didn't get the chance to do yoga, but there was a yoga studio right by the house as well. The whole town is charming. I loved my second stay as much as my first, so I've booked a girls trip for the summer. Can't wait for my third stay!

The home we rented was absolutely wonderful - couldn't have been better. Location was amazing - 1 block walk to slopes; a short walk to town. The garage with heated floors was perfect for skiers/snowboarders. Interior of home was beautiful. Such great attention to every detail. The furnishings were beautiful and well kept ~ it felt like we were staying in someone's beautiful, high end home, not a rental. The kitchen was well stocked and we cooked in all meals - cookware and kitchen service was great. Every bedroom had comfortable bed/pillows and beautiful bedding with en suite bath - towels were plentiful and high end soaps/lotions abundant. Everything we could hope for including hot tub right outside and laundry facilities in house. We would definitely rent again and hope to be back next year! 3 couples shared this house and we had so much room - could easily sleep many more. Host was very responsive! I can't say enough good things about this rental! By far one of our favorites. Thank you!

Best Location in Park City
This is the best place to stay in Park City. First of all it's in the perfect location. It's an easy walk to the slopes (even in ski boots) and an easy walk to the center of town for dinner, drinks, shopping, etc. Secondly, it's a great house. Everything is incredibly comfortable and nice. Everything you need is provided. The garage is heated, where you can put your ski gear on in comfort before you stroll to the slopes. The kitchen is well furnished. There's a great gas fireplace in the living room that really heats the place up on a cold winter night. If you love to barbecue the hosts provide one of the best grills you can get - a Big Green Egg. The hot tub is a perfect way to end the day after a good session on the slopes. In short, you can't go wrong staying here. I highly recommend it.
