It's just one block from Park City Mountain's Town Lift and has out-your-door access to famous restaurants, bars, shops and galleries. And, the free town shuttle stop is right out front; hop on to explore Deer Valley Resort, Canyons Village or any of the area's exciting activities and entertainment.
This unique 5 bedroom condominium consists of adjoining 2 bedroom condominiums. Each side has a king bed and private bathroom in the main, and two twins beds in a second bedroom. Linking the two 2 bedroom condos is a fun little bedroom with twin bunks! Each unit has a full second bathroom adjacent to the second bedroom. And, there are two full kitchens, two living rooms with cozy wood-burning fireplaces and two dining areas, one with table seating for 6 and the other with table seating for 5 and counter seating for 4. There are a total of 5 TVs and 2 DVD players. There are plenty of space options for everyone to enjoy being together, and for quiet and privacy. In the 229 side of the property, the living room features a sleeper sofa.
Park Station complex amenities include a newly constructed outdoor heated pool and hot tub available in the winter and summer, an indoor hot tub and sauna in Building 2 for guests to enjoy, free wi-fi, elevator, laundry facility, and parking for one car. Park City Mountain's Town Lift generally opens the third weekend of December, please check with the resort for current status and updates. Deluxe rating.

Rental was perfect for our needs .12 people plenty of room for everyone! little dark but other than that very nice! Property managers were extremely helpful and prompt when answering questions.

Clean but needs work!
The location is great close to everything but it needs updating. Outlets dont work, toilet kept clogging, toilet paper holder would not stay on and furniture was worn out. Lots of room for a big group but in need of some remodeling.
Two amazing condo's that are well furnished and so comfy!
Location was perfect for our stay ! Wedding weekend in Utah was complete with our stay at this wonderful property.
By combing two units the bunk room was poorly located right in the walkway between the units.
Could have been better stocked with some cleaning sponge/windex.....NO POLYESTER SHEETS!!!!
I will definitely rent this place again! Everything about it was great. Tons of space, all the kitchen stuff you need, lots of firewood, towels, pillows, etc. Perfect for 2 families with 3 kids each. Or in our case a dads’ ski trip. 60 second walk to the ski lift and all the restaurants & shops. And the management is extremely responsive to questions. A 10 out of 10.
We are a group of men, most of whom have been coming to Park City for 20+ years. We usually stay closer to the Park City Mountain Resort entrance, this was our first time to stay walking distance to the Town Lift and Main Street. Almost all the group preferred this!
The condo is well priced, and the older, darker decor was not a problem for us, but don’t let it be a surprise. We used both the indoor and the outdoor hot tubs, and they were great after a hard day of skiing/boarding. Our double condo had 5 bedrooms, just right for seven adult men. Btw, the snow was phenomenal!

Overall we had a good experience. The heated pool and hot tub were awesome. The condos were comfortable for our big group but could use some updating.

Great Share home for 2 families holidaying together
This property is quite unique. 2 adjoining units which link through the bunk-room of one apartment. It was ideal for us as we were 2 families looking to holiday together and share accommodation. It meant that rather than just having each family stay separately we could mix it up and put the teenage boys together in 1 room and the teenage girls together in another and it gave us the use of 2 lounges and 2 kitchens. The apartments are very spacious and comfortable and clean though they are clearly old and have had heavy usage over the years.This is hardly surprising given their ideal location only steps away from the town lift and main street. If you want the convenience of staying (almost) on the snow and yet having access to all the wonderful restaurants of the old town then this is the perfect place. I was more than happy to trade a flashier more modern apartment for the space, for the convenience and for a reasonable price. I'd happily stay here again.
