Girls weekend

Older place needs cosmetic repairs. Host was helpful. Back door sticks. Sofa sleeper in one room. Needs dishrack. Pool was awesome. We grilled and ate outside.

Cheap and adequate but nothing fancy

There was a tarp over the roof and the house seemed somewhat run down. Upon further inspection the home was adequate and had all the necessary materials for my short business stay. I was initially concerned by the exterior but found the interior to be slightly better and the neighborhood to be safe. The home has a lot of deferred maintenance such as holes kicked in the walls and lack of an adequate roof which make it not as desirable as others but if you’re looking for a cheap place to stay this would be it. I didn’t use the pool so I cannot comment on that.
