New Construction w/ Hot tub - Luxury home in Sister Bay- Great for Groups!
Welcome to Vita Huset, one of Door County’s premier vacation homes, hosted by Simple Life Rentals. Located in charming Sister Bay, this newly constructed in 2023 home provides the perfect hub for all your vacation activities. The main floor includes a designer kitchen with Café appliances, including a 36” stove and pot filler. Sip your morning coffee in the four seasons room with adjourning breakfast table. There are three bedrooms on the main floor (including the primary bedroom), all with en suite bathrooms. The primary bedroom is a separate retreat with a large vaulted ceiling and well-appointed bathroom--dual vanities, a stand alone soaking tub, and large shower. The main floor also includes a laundry room with front loading washer and dryer.
Upstairs is a retreat all on its own, with a large bonus room that includes an oversized couch and television, as well as a workout space with a Peloton bike, basic yoga equipment, and weights. The comfortable second floor bedroom is adjacent to the fourth bathroom. The backyard provides year round entertainment, including a hot tub. The attached heated garage provides parking for two cars or can be used for playing ping pong, with the provided equipment and offers EV Level 2 charging. This home is flawless in every detail.
This property allows up to 2 well-behaved dogs with a 40 pound weight limit each. There is an additional fee collected at booking.

This property is equipped with security cameras at the side and front door for monitoring the property when vacant, as well as inside the crawl space for the water leak monitoring system.
