Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Check-out time is at 11:00 AM and our cleaners will arrive shortly thereafter. • Please report any missing or damaged items to your hosts. • Gather used towels and leave them on the washer/dryer
• Wash the hot tub towels and replace them on the shelf in the laundry room • Leave the heat or AC on. Set the heat to 64 in the winter. Set the AC to 77 in the summer. • Leave used beds unmade
• Replace any furniture that was rearranged • Please leave a comment in the guestbook: a pleasant experience, what you liked about the house, or recommendations on how we can improve your stay.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Quiet hours are 10:00 pm to 8:00 am Please respect our neighbors.
The trash and recycling bins must be put out for pick-up on Mondays by 7:00 am.
A maximum of four vehicles may be parked at the home.

The house is immaculate and well provisioned… we were visiting the area for a wedding and ended up not using the hot tub outside very much because it was pretty chilly.The nicest bedrooms are downstairs but are accessed by a narrow stairway off the kitchen. Since my husband and I both have mobility issues we didn’t go downstairs…All the beds were comfortable and we hung out in the kitchen and living room. It was a lovely simple house.

As a real estate agent and property investor, Jeff has remodeled dozens of properties to sell or keep as long-term rentals. He enjoys transforming a property to make it shine! Most recently he has added vacation rental properties in Colorado Springs and Florida, and this one in Loveland. This property is one that he is proud to have brought up-to-date with excellence by remodeling the kitchen and baths, and finishing the basement to enable families and friends to gather together on their vacations. Jeff and Eileen have worked together to furnish and supply this home to be able to extend hospitality to those who would enjoy exploring Northern Colorado.

What makes this property unique

The house features spacious living spaces inside with a front family room, rear family room open to the large kitchen, and a heated 4-season room. Outside, there's a large patio with picnic tables, bistro tables, an outdoor grill, and a lighted pergola and fire pit for cozy evenings. This home has just undergone a total interior remodel of the kitchen and all baths on the main floor and a brand new basement finish to provide a total of 6 bedrooms and 3-1/2 baths: 3 master-sized bedrooms with king beds, and 3 additional bedrooms with queen-sized beds. The main level master bedroom has an en suite bath. The remodeled shared baths were designed to efficiently accommodate larger groups, each including double vanities, separated from the toilet and shower room. Location, location, location! The home is located just a few blocks from the west side of Lake Loveland, and also just 4 minutes to the quaint Loveland downtown with shopping and restaurants and local bars. Just a couple blocks to the south is Highway 34, the main artery west to Estes Park and Rocky Mountain National Park...a must-see while your in the area!
