Great for a whole family!

Great comfortable house with 4 bedrooms, large kitchen, dining and living room area, big TV's, large driveway and garage. Close to the lake, gas station and bar/restaurant.

Nice big house close to the lake!

Plenty of parking, lots of bedrooms and bathrooms, big garage available, kitchen was great with a big table and island, it worked great for our trip!

Great Helena Getaway

Clean attractive home with good beds in a quiet neighborhood. It is close to the lake. Destiny was great to work with. We will stay there again in the future.

Perfect Location

We rented this home as my brother-in-law was having a surprise 60th birthday party at Lakeside on Hauser. It was a quick 3 minute drive from this property. The house was clean and well appointed. Comfy beds!

Fishing on Hauser Lake

Very nice and comfortable house, had 10 of us total, sons, grandsons, uncle and cousins on our yearly fishing trip. we typically take trailer for our camping trip. Had 2 boats and both could turnaround in the extended driveway easily. House was perfect and will do this again on our next trip. House was just fantastic, clean, and room for all of us. Beds were very comfortable, kitchen came fully equipped (minus condiments like catchup and mayonnaise which is normal, don't think i would have used an open bottle of catchup). We used the grill every night, nice and big for the 10 of us. Back patio is very large and perfect for set up of my cousins corn ball boards. All in all, just a perfect set up for us with absolutely no complaints. Only improvement I can think of is getting the yard installed but that comes in time as this property was brand new.

Thank you for the amazing feedback. We to agree that the yard needs to finished. We are happy to report that we have it hydro seeded and it does in fact appear to be growing. Hopefully it comes back next summer.

Born in raised in Helena, MT but life adventures took me around the world. At 18 years old I joined the USAF and traveled around the world until coming back to Helena, MT. Where I met my now husband who is currently in the Army. He is originally from Shelby, MT and after having two beautiful little girls we made a decision to take over his family farm. So now we find ourselves bouncing between Helena and Shelby. It doesn't seem fair to keep The Grey House all to ourselves when most summers are spent seeding, spraying and harvesting.

Why they chose this property

We love the outdoors and this house is centrally located in between or right near 2 lakes and several mountain ranges. It is close enough to run to town for a last minute item but with far enough out of town to feel like you are isolated.

What makes this property unique

I am bias, The Grey House is modern but has that Montana feeling. The whitewash barnwood with the breathtaking views gives it that little spark of Montana. Plus that Lake is calling your name.
