This is a very comfortable, spacious home with everything we needed for our vacation. The location close to town and the beach was wonderful. The furniture is lovely and the home has a pleasing decor. Would have liked a regular dining table but the bar table with stools next to the kitchen was fine for our needs. The beds are super comfortable and there is lots of storage space. Though the bathrooms are on the small side I found them to have all the space we needed for our toiletries. This was my first time to Cambria and I appreciated that the management company promptly responded to all my questions about the home and the area. There was only one minor drawback. There is no on the street parking. The driveway will fit two cars, which is all we needed but the slope of the driveway is a little tricky. Not a big deal. I would stay at this property again without hesitation.

Comfortable Cambria Cottage

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Comfortable, clean and reasonably well stocked little cottage. The mattress was super comfortable, though a few extra pillows would’ve been nice. Wild turkeys and deer roamed the neighborhood daily. The place is within walking distance of the beach, as long as you don’t mind traversing some pretty steep hills to get to it. It is dog friendly, but there is no fenced enclosure.

The neighborhood was amazing! Wild turkeys walking all through the streets and front yards and the deer doing the same. when looking north at the mountains you feel you're at a mountain village then turn around and your at the ocean coast. Fantastic, we had a great time.

This house is small, but very clean and organized to maximize the available space. The kitchen has all needed appliances, utensils, pans, etc., and was also very clean and organized. The washer and dryer are in very good condition and a real plus. The neighborhood is very quiet, and we enjoyed the wild turkeys and the deer.We always travel with our dog, so pet friendly is a must. We were happy to find a good location in Cambria, but were surprised the backyard was so tiny. The picture actually includes the neighbors yard, which we thought was part of the property and available for the dog. We were also surprised one of the closet doors upstairs was off the tracks and couldn’t be moved, so we settled for access to only half the closet. Not a big deal, but shouldn’t happen. We also had to roll up the very thin and worn rug at the foot of the bed because it was not taped down and we tripped on it several times on the first day. And the upstairs bathroom window doesn’t stay up so we had to use a water bottle to keep it open. All little things, but they all add up when factored against payment expectations. So we couldn’t honestly leave five stars, but it really is a cute place in a nice neighborhood.

Wonderful Stay in a Charming, Updated Home

We had an amazing stay at this home! It was impeccably clean and had clearly been recently updated while still maintaining its original charm. The kitchen was fully stocked with appliances and dishes, making it easy to cook meals, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The updated garage was a great bonus—it featured a dartboard, shuffleboard, bar, and TV, making it a fun space to hang out. Plus, the home is located in a lovely, charming neighborhood. We absolutely loved our stay and would highly recommend it!

Quiet Getaway

Clean, compact property a short walk to the Fiscalini Ranch Preserve, and situated close to beautiful Moonstone Beach. Deer and wild turkeys roam the neighborhood. The king size bed upstairs was very comfortable. Nice and quiet location to rest up and recharge.

Small house, good amenities.

Clean, fairly well appointed. Quiet location. Sheets on both beds are worn; fitted bottom sheets do not stay around mattress.

House was immaculately clean although we had to wait 40 minutes to check in. Kitchen was very well appointed except for scratched Teflon pans. Upstairs king suite is lovely but downstairs bedroom has comfy queen and useless sofabed/couch, leaving no place for clothes except a few cubbies in the closet. Towels were plentiful but poor quality.
