ABOUT THE BEDROOMS
Master Bedroom (1): Queen-size bed with walk-in closet, private bathroom, walk-in shower, and park view. Sleeps two adults.
Bedroom (2): Double bed (with optional second double bed), large walk-in closet, and interior views. Sleeps two adults.
Bedroom (3): Single bed with spacious closet, S.MART TV with streaming services, and park views. Sleeps one adult.

ABOUT THE KITCHEN
The kitchen is fully equipped with amenities to get you started, such as cooking oil, salt, pepper, and more. We also provide coffee and a coffeemaker to get your vacation started. The kitchen drawers have plates, cups, wine glasses, and more. All amenities are listed.

ABOUT THE LIVING ROOMS (THERE ARE TWO!)
Living Room (1): has an entertainment center with a S.MART TV with streaming services (Disney & HBO Max). It has a three-seater sofa, a two-seater sofa, and a "lounge" crab seat - in total; it seats six people. It is connected to a balcony overlooking the city. It also has a dining area with a table that seats six people.
Living room (2): Quiet space away from the first living and dining room, where you can relax, read or listen to podcasts/music on a comfortable sectional sofa.

ABOUT THE LAUNDRY ROOM
The laundry room has a Samsung Smart washer/dryer combo. It also has a clothes rack where you can dry your clothes.

ABOUT THE PRIVATE OFFICE:
We have a private home office (or workspace) with a bathroom and shower for business travelers. It is furnished with a comfortable ergonomic desk chair, desk, office drawer, and printer with printing paper.

ABOUT THE SEMI-PRIVATE PARK:
Our apartment is located in a building with exclusive access to a lush green park. Here you can run, play and stretch your legs.

For drivers, we have a private carport that is under 24-hour security.

As a Peace Corps Volunteer who completed his service and a successful business mentor in Lima, I deeply love and appreciate Peru and its rich culture. After starting a family, my wife and I found the perfect condo for raising our daughter, and we are proud to now offer it as a comfortable and convenient home base for travelers like you.
