The Lake House was the perfect spot for our family gathering. The host thought of all the details including items to make smores in the fire pit. It was clean with a relaxing atmosphere.

Perfect place to stay on the door step of Blue Springs State Park, which is always worth a visit. It’s also close enough to the main Orlando attractions but far enough away for them not to be a bother! The house is very thoughtfully equipped and perfectly clean. It was tranquil and relaxing - even over the weekend. Melissa was super easy to work with and communication was timely and friendly. I would highly recommend and my family and I will be back!

The house was nicely decorated and had lots of little extras that made our stay even more enjoyable. The view of the lake from the large enclosed porch was a favorite spot for all. Everything looked and swelled clean.

Fun & Cozy!

Great place for family! The house is gorgeous, comfortable beds and plenty of room to hang out. The kids loved fishing and the screened in porch was perfect for that morning cup of coffee. Close to Sanford, natural springs, great restaurants and Orlando.

Beautiful and family friendly house!

If anything, the photos didn't do the house and view justice! We had a fantastic time and the location was perfect because it was close to the grand parents and off the beaten path away from the tourist areas. We had a great visit to New Smyrna Beach under an hour away. Fantastic place and very helpful owner.

Perfect spot!

Just east of all the chaos! A tranquil little neighborhood! Everything easily accessible but sitting on the back porch looking at the water it is hard to believe you are 40 minutes from the family vacation capital! Great host!

Always a great stay

This is was our second stay and we loved it as we did before. Melissa is a responsive host and goes out of her way to provide “little extras” which we greatly appreciate. Our teens and youngest loved the mini fridge in the Mickey room along with the game room. The water view in the morning is always a treat.

Beautiful home

We were in the area for soccer and this house was way better than a hotel. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, and the house was very clean! The owner thought of everything! I loved having the washer and drier! The house was located close to everything. Thanks for keeping us comfortable during our stay!
