Welcome to THE BEACH IS CALLING at Laketown Wharf 1329!

Located on the 13th floor, this spacious, lake-view, condo (1,262 sq ft) has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a bunk area and a sleeper sofa. The primary bedroom has a lake view and direct balcony access with an en-suite containing a soaking tub, walk-in shower and double vanity. A washer and dryer is also in the condo.

Laketown Wharf Resort, in Panama City Beach, is in the heart of all the fun. It is located near many attractions, restaurants and water activities, with its very own private beach access located directly across the street. Laketown Wharf Resort holds an impressive reputation as one of the largest resorts in PCB. This property is situated along more than 50,000 feet of lakefront boardwalk and has a seemingly endless list of amenities to choose from.

Great communication

Communication was very quick for anything we needed. Had an issue with the lock on the door when we first arrived but they resolved the issue quickly and we’re very responsive.

Spring break

Ceiling fan in master bedroom wasn't working. Think it's just due to a string, but noone would respond to my request.

Family vacation

Facility is clean and safe. Condo was clean. Don’t expect any boogie boards or sand toys to be in the closet. Waiting on elevators is a nuisance. Make sure if you have somewhere to be to allow at least 30 minutes to get down the elevator. Took the stairs several times but it’s not really an option when you have several things to tote up and down when on the 13th floor. View of the lagoon was nice and enjoyed the fountain show.

We are happy the condo was clean as that is the part that we control as hosts. As for the elevators, we completely understand the frustration. While this is out of our control as hosts of the condo itself, we have communicated the issue to Laketown's management. This is why we send recommendations on timing to take the elevators prior to your stay.

3 Star Not Good

Couldn't take a bath the first night because hot water side didnt work, AC was broken for 3 days and bed was busted in multiple places. They fixed hot water and bed next day but AC was a continuous issue and bed busted again the next time I sat on it. Horrible trying to sleep in a broken bed and hot room. Hot tubs were cold and very nasty. Beautiful property but wasnt worth what I paid at all.
