Conveniently located close to delightful attractions, you and your loved ones will enjoy visiting Navarre Beach Fishing Pier, Sound Side Park, Gulf Breeze Zoo, and Tiger Point Golf Club all within a 16-mile radius.

In the upper unit, you'll be met with a bright interior and a beachy vibe throughout the well-appointed living space. Relax and make yourself at home on the plush furniture while you indulge in a movie on the large TV or serve brunch on the balcony. Hobby chefs will love preparing grand meals and beach picnic snacks in the galley-style kitchen, equipped with stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar. Comfortable beds in spacious bedrooms ensure that everyone will receive a restful night's sleep from the day's adventures, with the main bedroom boasting a private terrace. A desk and chair is provided for those who need to bring work with them on vacation.

Inside the lower unit, you'll be met with an air of welcoming in your vacation rental. A plush sofa and comfortable bed await to help your cares melt away from relaxation. Create culinary charms and snacks in the kitchenette, which is equipped with a mini-fridge, microwave, and stovetop range. Other conveniences include a roomy bathroom with a shower/tub combo and a washer/dryer unit for taking clean laundry home.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
An outdoor shower is provided; please rinse off when returning from the beach.
For little guests, a Pack-N-Play is provided.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
