Sonata Sunset - Family Friendly Beach Home

Located within walking distance to the white sandy beaches of Navarre this home is the perfect vacation for you and your family to enjoy! Multi-leveled decking offer views of the Santa Rosa Sound and the Gulf of Mexico. You get the best of both worlds! The living area offers a large flat screen TV with two comfy sofas. Just steps away is the kitchen area which is open to the living room and has a breakfast bar as well as a large kitchen table with eight chairs. Just past the kitchen is the washer and dryer area and a half bath. Just down the hall is a guest bedroom with 1 queen and a private bath. Upstairs the master bedroom has 1 king bed with a large walk-in closet and private bath. Relax in the deep, soaking tub after a long, fun-filled day at the beach or rinse off in the separate shower. Step out onto the private deck from the bedroom and take in the fresh breeze from the beach. The 3rd Bedroom is also on this floor with a Queen Bed, which shares a jack-and-jill bathroom with the 4th bedroom which has bunkbeds(twin over full). On the top floor there is a small tower room that has a futon and a flat screen TV, great for children. Outside shower available and Charcoal grill for cooking out! Community pool and Fishing Pier as well! Internet and cable provided.

Overall a great getaway for us to celebrate our daughter’s 16th birthday. Convenient with local restaurants and shops within minutes and the beach an easy walk across the street. Properties was clean and had all the necessities for a comfortable stay.

We enjoyed our stay, at this property, there are some kitchen chairs that should be replaced if you sat back in them they would feel like they were going break and throw you in the floor. Kids enjoyed the pool but could stay long because it was so cold.

Incredible Week at the Beach

My friends and family had an incredible time at this property! Navarre beach is nothing short of spectacular, and this house made our time there even better. We had a small issue with the front door locking mechanism, and the property owner had the issue resolved faster than Lightning McQueen in the Dinoco 400. Would highly recommend!

I was very impressed with our condo. It was nice and clean on the inside.

We had a wonderful time staying here for the week. It was nice to have a garage where we could put our beach stuff so we didn't drag sand up into the condo. It had everything we could possibly need for our vacation and only across the street from the beach. I would definitely stay here again.

Great house!

We loved our stay!!! The property was very large and accommodating for our whole family. Well maintained and very clean. The house is across the street from the beach but it’s a very easy walk with easily accessible board walk (it does have stairs).The house also has an elevator which was super cool and very handy for getting everything inside. Dewey Destin was close by and delicious if you need a good restaurant recommendation!

My group of 11 (ages from 1 year old to 60) stayed here for 5 days while we were in town for our wedding. This house was perfect! Plenty of room for everyone! Centrally located with easy access to multiple beach areas. And the elevator gave us easy access for the youngest and oldest in our group that weren't able to use the stairs. It was perfect!

Navarre Beach Home

Navarre beach was great we loved the relaxed atmosphere, we rented a golf cart which made getting to the beach easier and fun evening rides. The community pool was nice . The owner was ver good to work with and always quick to respond. The floor plan of the house was nice for multi generation trip.One bedroom on main level and elevator was a big help. The living room and dining furniture is very worn and some of the dining chairs legs are lose. The carpet on the stairs is very worn and dirty.The beds were comfortable.

Sonata Sunset Navarre Beach

We just got back from our family vacation in Navarre Beach, Florida. We were thoroughly pleased with our stay at Sonata Sunset beach house. We would rate our experience a 10. We only had 1 issue, TV in bunk bed room wasn’t working however we messaged our host and her husband was there same day and was fixed instantly! The house was clean and managed perfectly. We would stay there again in a heartbeat. Very easy walk to the beach and pier.

Ideal for family group

Ours was a winter stay (week surrounding New Years) so we were inside a lot and the pool couldn't be used. Quiet, comparatively private, high quality location convenient to beach, pier and walk/ride paths. Comfortable furnishings for 7-8 adults plus a few kids. Nice kitchen setup. Full garage and handy elevator.

This property was perfectly located directly across from the beach. The home looked as advertised. I had few issues upon arrival. The main entry lockpad did not work. Upon arrival, trash was overflowing and smelled. Wasn't picked up until Saturday morning. The kitchen countertops were sticky and had food stains. Had to clean when I first arrived. However, Michelle was very nice and prompt in responding and providing service.

Perfect configuration of rooms! Clean, well equipped,, bright, modern conveniences, 1 block fm beach

We LOVED this place ! My husband, myself and 17 yr old drove here from TX and met our other two sons from AL - one married w 2 young boys, (2 yr and 4 yr old ) and one college student. The rooms offered plenty of space and were clean. The loft upstairs was a perfect game/ sleep area. Each person had their own room/ plus full bath. Our son and his wife had the room with the connecting bathroom to the bunk bed room for their boys. Perfect ! Loved the large dining table and common room. There were games, DVDs, fully equipped kitchen, modern appliances, outdoor shower, porches, beach chairs, and beach towels. The kitchen was an open kitchen with breakfast bar island - everything was open and bright. Loved the master bath - and convenience of the 1/2 bath on the main floor. Of course the beach was just a across the street and the beaches and water gorgeous ! We rented a kayak one day and the guys loved it ! The neighbors were friendly, quiet and neat. There is a large sidewalk that parallels the beach that is perfect for joggers, strollers, and walkers. If you like fishing, there is a large fishing pier ($7.0O per person to fish) within walking distance that extends out into the ocean. Before we left Navarre we walked the pier (just $1.00 per person) and were delighted to see sea turtles ! Loved this rental ! We will definitely come back! Also - it is a “lot” with plenty of space to park / (Three cars) It was the perfect reunion spring break for us ! Navarre Beach is a great family place to relax and just “be” . I would highly recommend this rental any time of year

Beautiful private community and a home with plenty of beds and baths. We loved the fact that an elevator was available upon arrival to the 2nd or 3rd levels (as well as when we brought groceries to the home). However, we struggled with consistent internet (which is very important if you need to make calls and/or work a bit while on vacation). I would rent it again!

We had a great time. Nephew's wedding on the beach. So close to everything!! Lots of room and very clean! We had 7 adults and more than enough room for all!! Elevator made luggage and groceries much easier to bring up!! Plenty of dishes/ cookware. All you need to bring is yourself and a few clothes!!

Beach house

The beach house was nice , just had a problem with the elevator a few times. It would not open on the floor that it was suppose to. My son got stuck on it one time. Took about 15 minutes to finally get it to open. Water pressure on second floor in one of the showers wasn't very good. Other than that , it was fine. The community pool is very small, so walked to the beach every day. Had lots of fun at the beach, water was very pretty.

Great, Quiet Rental

This property is top notch! Appliances are top of the line, kitchen is well stocked. Elevator was a nice bonus. Best part was the location, walk to main road and beach access as well as walking distance to dock on the bay. Quiet home with nice furniture and decor. Definitely recommend!

Great Home Away from Home

The property was really nice and clean. There was plenty of space for our group and just a short distance from the beach. The pool came in very handy as there was a day or two of jelly fish invasions. The greatest thing about this house was the elevator. It was such a blessing to have to send luggage and/or groceries up or down. We loved staying here!

Amazing location

We absolutely loved this small community!!! We had the best of both worlds… sound on one side and gulf on the other side!!! Within walking distance to the pier and a couple of restaurants!!! We rented golf carts from Navarre custom carts and had so much fun!! House was roomy for my family and everything was in working order!!! My daughter actually left her military ball dresses we got and Michelle was kind enough to make sure they were found and let my father in law pick them up!! Also the house had an elevator for my father in law to use when he couldn’t make it up the stairs!! Ample parking for 5 cars!! It was fabulous!!

Large house very close to the beach.

Very roomy, nice for a large group. This rental has an elevator, but I don't think it is ADA approved. It is nice to be able to pull into the garage, put your bags or groceries in the elevator and take them up to the 2nd or 3rd floors. The "Tower Room" is pretty neat but the futon in this room is, well, a futon. All of the other beds and rooms were lovely. Rental managers were extremely helpful and responsive. Great rental for a large family/group at the beach!
