About this property

Relax in this quiet and elegant space. Ocean Front Apartment in Playa Esmeralda, on the fifth floor with incredible ocean views.

It has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and terrace.

Completely remodeled and equipped. Common area with pool and access to the beach.

The apartment is located on one of the most beautiful beaches in Bahia de Banderas, with crystal clear water and white sand. Perfect for a family vacation with children, or a quiet getaway. The common areas have a pool, wading pool and barbecue area.

The apartment is located on the 5th floor and has a spectacular view from the bedroom and terrace. The terrace is very spacious and has a dining room and outdoor room.

This space is part of the VidaCoral. units. All our units have basic criteria of location, services, cleanliness and equipment. We have special prices for stays of 1 month or more, contact us before booking!

By booking you accept the following conditions.

1) You must send us within 24h of your reservation a photo of the official identification of each occupant of legal age. This request is very strict for us, if we don't receive it, we may have to cancel the reservation

2) Additional guests cannot stay other than those of the reservation.

3) Events are not allowed, after 9pm, please moderate the noise and music.

4) Electricity. For stays of less than 14 nights or less we include 15kWh per night. The surplus will be charged at 6 pesos per kWh and must be paid in cash or transfer on the day of departure. For stays of more than 14 nights, electricity will NOT be included.

Thanks for your interest. In some of our units we do a personalized check-in and in others an autonomous check-in. Prior to your arrival we will coordinate the mechanical welcome. We want you to have a happy stay and if there is anything we can do to improve the experience, we will be available at all times.

Situated in Mismaloya district Playa Esmeralda Puerto Vallarta offers quick access to Lic. Gustavo Diaz Ordaz airport within 20 minutes' drive. Edenva Ecological Park is a 10-minute ride away from Playa Esmeralda, while Olas Altas is within 7 km away. The accommodation is next door to Garza Blanca Beach.

Lovely stay

The apartment is great. Modern, clean, good kitchen, sufficient space for three to four people. Great views of the bay and beach. The pool and beach at the property are very nice and well equipped. The grill was nice to have access to and everyone working at the property was wonderful. Having the bus stop across the street was very convenient, ~15-20 min ride to Zona Romantica and same time or less to Mismaloya and Boca de Tomatlan, and runs frequently. No need for a car or even taxis. The area is very calm so you can relax and easily get out for dinner or activities when needed. Only downside is that the two secondary bedrooms are noisy because they face the street and have louvered windows. Despite that we would definitely return. Was perfect for our 16 day stay.
