Welcome to Kestrel Heights! Located in the lovely gated Community of Judith's Fancy, this private house boasts 4 private bedrooms suites each with ensuite bathrooms and private outdoor seating areas. . Enjoy waking up to have coffee in the large community outdoor living space next to the pool while you watch boats sailing to Buck Island. Inside, the Great Room is expansive with high ceilings and two walls of nano doors that fold back allowing for a seamless flow between the outdoor living space and pool deck! The entertainers kitchen includes a massive island and wet bar. Designed with the Caribbean climate in mind, there is abundant outdoor living space that wraps around the home with everything centered around the large pavilion. Dine outside with Family and Friends, work remotely in the shade or catch some rays at the pool.
Each room feels like a boutique hotel room suite with entry from the exterior and spacious baths ensuite complete with rich mahogany and upscale finishes. The primary bedroom includes a charming bathroom with an outdoor shower, dual sinks, massive walk in closet and water closets. The first guest bedroom with bath ensuite is connected to the primary bedroom through the laundry room. Both bedrooms have locks to the laundry room for privacy. Opposite the outdoor living space are the Living/Dining Area and two additional guest bedroom suites, these suite both have a private entrance, their own baths ensuite and open to a shared sea facing balcony.

The property was in a great, safe, location and perfect for our two family vacation. Rooms were spacious, comfortable and had incredible views. The kids enjoyed having a pool, parents appreciated the outdoor space and living opening up to the pool area. Kelly was a great host and the personal touches didn’t go unnoticed. They provided beach and sand towels which meant we didn’t have to pack those!

It’s definitely to say what stood out with this stay cause everything was even better than the VRBO’s description. The host was very responsive and accommodating, the property was amazing and the view of the Caribbean Ocean was breathtaking. Beds were very comfortable, towels plentiful and dream kitchen. Did I mention the pool? It was a salt water pool and is cleaned weekly. We probably spent more time in the pool then we should have cause there is so much to do on the island. Definitely hope to get back there soon.

Kelly was fantastic, the house exceeded expectations. The pool water was 77 degrees which was too cold for our group. We would come again but later in the year when the water is comfortable. For the price a heated pool would be reasonable.

Had a wonderful week in Judith's Fancy. The house was very comfortable and convenient to a lot of the attractions around the Island. The host Kelly met us at the home at went thru everything with us. We loved the area and being in a gated community allowed for enjoyable walks. Great place for families to enjoy some great Caribbean weather. The house also had plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas to explore the wonderful beached around St Croix.

We spent a week with family, 3 sets of spouses and two sets of kids, ages 13 to 23. This was the perfect set up for us, with private and shared space for everyone to enjoy. The kitchen and grill were excellent for when we wanted to stay in and cook and the pool was perfect for just relaxing together. The property was close enough to town that we could easily head out for dinner or the beach at any time. The provided snorkeling gear, towels and beach chairs made it easier because we didn't have to pack any of those items. The gated community felt very safe and the property itself was clean and well-kept. We would definitely return.

Villa was so spacious, and very well maintained. Our 1 and 2 year old grandsons spent many fun filled hours in the pool. There is a pack n play for sleeping and a bigger play yard with canopy for outside use. The pantry was well stocked with staples from previous guests. The trash was picked up 2 or 3 times during out 10 day stay. The neighborhood is ideal for walking, very little traffic. The nicest villa we've booked in our 10 years of vacationing on St. Croix. Kelly was very responsive, and offers a provisioning service which was so helpful since we arrived on Thanksgiving Day. We will be back !

Relaxing get away

We had a group of 6 family members ranging in age from 20 to 58. The house was spotless and had plenty of room. The views are amazing. The outdoor kitchen and pool area were wonderful for nights we wanted to stay, grill and relax. The house can easily hold 12. We did not use the bunk room that will hold 6. This is the second time we have rented the property and we will continue to do so in the future. The host is helpful and responsive. It was a great experience.

We had a wonderful 10 day stay for 7 adults! The property and house were spacious and very enjoyable. Beds were very comfortable, lots of supplies in the kitchen and bathrooms, and the openness between indoor and outdoor living was great! We had a lot of wind during out stay so limited out enjoyment of the outdoor amenities but if the weather had been better it would have been amazing. We had a few issues to address during our stay and Kelly was very responsive with fixes done in a timely manner. Location was centrally located on the island which was nice. We'd for sure return to this home if we get back to St. Croix with our Forever Friends!

The house couldn't have been more perfect for our party of 12. They even had a bunch of games on hand which came in handy when it was raining. So many nice touches such as a basket a beach towels. We highly recommend this house!

Another return trip to our favorite Caribbean spot

Spouse, myself, and 5 very close friends came down for a quick 10 day visit. We love sharing this island and home with friends. This house lends itself perfectly for groups who enjoy staying and partying outside, yet super swank and comfy when you need to be inside. Property was conveniently located and beautifully situated with a stunning view. Kelly was a responsive host and even had a thoughtful welcome gift upon our arrival. The beds were comfortable and everything well appointed. Kitchen was morw than sufficiently stocked. Pool was lovely.
