We came in town for a wedding at the Buccaneer Resort and this location could not have been more perfect! We absolutely LOVED staying at this property and would stay there again. Enid was super helpful and gracious! The views are unmatched! Thank you for making our St. Croix experience memorable!

Wonderful home with individual suits

My two brothers and sister really enjoy having their own private spaces. With the four individual suites, each with their own restroom the home is perfect for the four of us. Listening to the ocean and the beautiful view makes every moment even better.

Fabulous house with incredible view!

Our family had a wonderful Thanksgiving vacation week at The White House. The layout makes for privacy for everyone with nice common spaces. Beds were comfortable and decor very nice. The views are absolutely breathtaking!!!! House was well equipped with beach chairs and towels, kitchen necessities for cooking. We will be back—loved this house!

My Husband, Sister, Parents and close friends thoroughly enjoyed our stay. There are beautiful views from each room and the pool is perfect for lounging and relaxing. The rooms are arranged so each guest has privacy yet everyone feels connected.

Beautiful House, Pool and View. Loved our stay!!

This house is beautiful and perfect for groups traveling together, as it is 3 separate houses. Also good for families with teenagers or college kids like we have. The owners provided food and drinks for our first couple days stay, so you don't have to go to the store right away, just come in and go enjoy the pool and ocean view. We loved the Pickled Greek Restaurant we drove by every day and finally tried. Great ice cream and food.

Amazing 40th Vacation

Myself, husband, daughters, little boy, and my husband's best friend's family enjoyed our stay immensely. House was set up perfect for our group. Lisa and Chad were great to work with. The view is stunning. We laid around the pool at night looking at the stars. Sleeping with the sliding doors open to listen to the waves was the best! Definitely take in a sunrise at Point Udall. It's worth it. Eat at the chicken shack. It was delicious. Goat Soup Whiskey has a funky name but amazing food and it's lovely on the inside. We did a morning snorkel at Buck Island. Beautiful and a nice ride on the boat.

Perfect house!

•Group of 7 friends/couples (late twenties, early thirties) •Very private, quiet, never felt unsafe (gated community) •Attentive and accommodating owner/property manager •House was clean, everything you could need provided, luxurious feel (pictures speak for themselves) •Located at the top of a steep hill, not a comfortable walk to anywhere (definitely not walking to the beach from here) •Biggest “complaint” was since the house is made of multiple individual structures, that means locking multiple doors every time you leave. The doors were a bit finicky also, but this is not anything to be concerned about, just sharing feedback. •Awesome proximity to everything on the island •10/10 would stay here again

Unbelievable view!

Pictures don’t do justice to the views from this fantastic property. You have a 180 degree vista you won’t soon forget. The White House experience was fantastic. Chad, the owner, was a delight to communicate with and very responsive. Our concierge, Enid, couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful. Staying in the gated community felt very safe, especially for daily walks and runs. Having the Buccaneer Resort near buy was great for beach days, lunches and dinners. We had a wonderful catered meal with Chefs Erika and Brittany who were recommended by the owner. Finally, The house is perfectly set up for couples to have the privacy of their own rooms and bathrooms. We were very sad to to leave..

Truly Magnificient Vacation Getaway

Being able to have my stay here was truly a great and unforgettable experience. From the beautiful view of Buck island, to the beautiful scenery of the ocean and view of Christiansted. My family and I had no complaints whatsoever staying here. The kids favorite part of this house was the pool and entertainment room, as we got ready to wind down from hardworking and exciting days the pool offered us a peaceful, quiet, and therapeutic joy. From every room in the house you have a 360 degree magnificent view of the ocean, downtown Christiansted, and buck island, and on a clear day even St. Thomas in the horizon. It’s call the White House due to its soothing white color and cleanliness. The security guards are very friendly and the area is very secure. You can walk down to the beach in minutes. We got there at midnight the refrigerator had breakfast, snacks and juices. The kitchen is well supplied with every kitchen utensil needed to cook, bake etc. It is truly a home a resort away from home. Chad was a very attentive host and always replied when needed. I will highly recommend this house to anyone I know! Thanks chad can’t wait to stay here again in the future!

The perfect spot for my 40th!

Many months ago my husband asked what I wanted for my 40th birthday. My answer was simple, I wanted to turn forty somewhere warm and with a pool and with people I love. This eventually turned into planning the perfect vacation to St. Croix, starting with this house. The photos don’t lie. This place is incredible clean and well maintained. The view is the best we saw on the island. We had 7 adults staying (three couples, one single) and each room has its own full bathroom making it comfortable and private. The pool was a great hangout spot after a day of adventuring. Neighbors were quiet. There was a private event at the bottom of the hill one night and the music was an added bonus. Air conditioning worked great and cools quickly. Enid, the host/contact, met us at the airport and escorted us once we picked up our rental jeep from Centerline. This was super helpful as changing to driving in the opposite lane is a bit intimidating. Enid was available for the few needs we had and always pleasant and helpful. She is such a gem. The few hiccups we had were very minor and I don’t feel the need to share them publicly but I will give one example for how minor they were. The seal on the refrigerator doesn’t seal properly unless you hold it closed for several seconds. Not a big deal but a “quirk” of the place. Based on this experience, I would one hundred percent book here again and would rent from the property owner in other locations too. This was the perfect birthday vacation.

We had a great time staying at The White House. Our group was a mix of two families with teenagers. The setup of the bedrooms was excellent with plenty of space and privacy for everyone. The house was clean and stocked well for all our needs. The house is located in a gated community which includes access to beaches, golf and restaurants. The downtown area of Christiansted is less than 15 minutes away. This property has the most spectacular views! Every window is overlooking the island and water. We all enjoyed this beautiful house and look forward to returning.

Best View in Shoys!

The best view in Shoys—Buck Island, Green Cay, and Shoys Beach in one view! Whole house A/C, comfortable rooms with large full bathrooms, well stocked kitchen, large clean gas grill, super clean pool, and cozy living room for evening family time made our stay amazing!! Centrally located on the island—convenient to beaches, groceries, and restaurants. Located in a gated community—the only noise was the constant breeze. Communication with host and property manager was exceptional. Check in and check out was so easy and accommodating—the entire house was cool and very clean. A bag of ice in the freezer and a water cooler with two, 5 gallon water containers was a classy touch!!We had 7 in our family—everyone was very comfortable, views from every room. We are already planning our next visit to the island and the White House is our first choice.

We had a great stay on St. Croix. We had zero issues with the house during our stay, and it was set up perfectly for our needs. Check in and communication was top notch for the one or two times we had questions. Would definitely stay there again!

Wonderful location

If 4.5 stars was an option, I would have chosen that. We love the Shoy's area by the Buccaneer. The 1/2 star deduction would largely be due to no bathroom on the same level as the main kitchen/living room. It is a little odd to have to go downstairs from the main living area to use the restroom. The home if very well built. It is broken up into 3 separate areas, each with a King bed, one of which has an adjacent bedroom with twin beds. I would rank this as a negative for families with small children, but a positive for groups of adults who want their own space.The views are great. The only drawback is that for sunset junkies such as myself, the small balconies were where you needed to go for more unobstructed views. All in all, a good experience and we are strongly considering a return.

Amazing views, great location

We loved our stay here and would definitely stay again. Enid was wonderful in guiding us to the property and helping us during our stay. The pool was perfect for our kids and we loved being near Shoys beach and the Buccaneer. Nice neighborhood to walk in but it is hilly (I enjoyed that aspect, though). The only thing that we didn't understand from the property listing is that there are 3 separate units with the pool in the middle. This made the sleeping arrangements a bit challenging with kids. We couldn't use the primary suite (which was its own unit) as we were afraid our kids would run out to the pool area without us at night or in the morning.

Family Trip to St Croix

The White House was fantastic. We had some difficulties with our arrival (flight delays) and our car rental company (Centerline) was closed when we arrived. Lisa, the property manager, went above and beyond to help us get settled in at that late hour. She even personally drove us to the grocery store so we'd have enough provisions to get us through the night and following morning! The location within the Shoys is great. It's basically a large gated community. There is access to a mostly private beach and to the beaches at the Buccaneer Hotel (complete with bar, restaurant, beachside food and drink service, and games). The grocery and several restaurants are a short drive away. Also, the pool is outstanding. We would definitely stay at the White House again!

Fantastic Home and Location

Excellent stay for our family of 8. The main home has great living and kitchen area where the family gathered during evenings for cooking, eating dinner and card games. There were 4 private rooms and bathrooms for everyone to retreat to when privacy or quiet time was needed. The views are spectacular from every room, views of Buck Island, Shoys, and Christiansted. The pool was great to come back to after a long day at the beach. Kitchen was well appointed, could use a little updating in utensils otherwise has many appliances (microwave, Ninja blender, toaster, coffee maker, etc). Beds were all comfortable to sleep in and each room had its own split AC which was very welcome by all on hot summer nights. Highly recommend this place, great value for the island. We have stayed at more than 7 places on St Croix and this was probably the best value with the best views.

Chad has lived in St. Croix during most of his childhood, only leaving to attend military boarding school. He returned to continue to enjoy all that St. Croix and the Caribbean have to offer. He loves to boat, fish, snorkel, scuba and sail. Due to his upbringing on the island of St. Croix, with its diverse history and culture, his travels have been a representation of this fact. Traveling as far as the Philippines, Thailand most of Europe and South America, Chad has emerged himself in each and every areas food, people, music and culture. During his life adventures he found a partner that not only enjoys the very passion to travel but has opened the doors to new life adventures. With the expansion of his family to include their son, they continue to travel creating wonderful memories. Of course their first family trip was to St. Croix for Christmas carnival, which was nothing short of amazing. When not attending to guests needs Chad is a Full time Firefighter/Paramedic for Palm beach County Fire Rescue. For Chad, life has so much to offer, he works hard and plays even harder because he feels it's not only good to take care of the community but it's great to seize the moment.
