About this property

Our Lake Tahoe condo is an amazing escape. We have renovated it over the past several years to ensure it's a serene and comfortable home with all key amenities, especially a very functional and well equipped kitchen. Wake up to the beautiful blue of Lake Tahoe, spend your day enjoying the incredible outdoor activities around the area, and end your day relaxing on the balcony while you compete for the best sunset photo.

Our condo is located in Tahoe Village- you can ski in/ski out during the winter, and during the summer and fall you are steps away from incredible hiking trails, including the Tahoe Rim trail. There are numerous different hikes you can take without ever using your car, many with great views of Lake Tahoe.

The Tahoe Village homeowner's association also has a pool and spa (hot tub) walking distance down the street.

The condo is located steps away from the Boulder and Stagecoach lifts at Heavenly.

We will require copies of guest(s) photo IDs once reservation is finalized as well as a signed rental agreement.

Fantastic Property

My wife and I spent 32 days in this property. The unit was immaculate and Courtney was extremely responsive and helpful in many ways.

We enjoy splitting our time between Tahoe and our other home, as well as additional travel. So we finally are offering our Tahoe condo for monthly rentals at certain times. We are excited to share our love of Tahoe with others, and can offer lots of recommendations depending on your interests.

Why they chose this property

We've had this condo for about 10 years. The day we saw it, and the views it offered, in addition to it's incredible proximity to ski slopes and hiking trails- we were smitten. There was the [small] matter of getting it renovated over a number of years (it was "original"), and we're very pleased with how comfortable it is now.

What makes this property unique

On busy holiday weekends, as long as you have your groceries, you can literally hike every day, enjoying different trails and views, without even getting in your car. We are so close to the Tahoe Rim trail and other trails.

If winter snow sports are your thing, we are really close to the Boulder and Stagecoach lifts and- if you know what you're doing, you can ski in/out from our place, or just catch the shuttle.
