Moorings is just a short walk from Dolphin's Marina and Restaurant and Erica's Seafood, so you don't even have to get in the car to find a fine dining experience or a mouth-watering seafood meal on the water's edge.

Inside the home, you will find a well-stocked kitchen and kitchen island with seating; and a comfy living room with a flat screen tv, a dining table that comfortably sits four, and large picture windows with stunning seaside views. On the first floor there is a combination study/bedroom and a full bathroom with a shower. Upstairs are two bedrooms including the primary bedroom with a queen bed and an attached full bathroom (shower/tub combo). The second bedroom offers two twin beds. There is an air conditioner in both upstairs bedrooms for added guest comfort!

Moorings is the prefect place to get away from it all and enjoy breathtaking views, watch the boats sailing in and out of the marina, and get a delectable taste of all that Maine's coast has to offer.
