Privately situated Cape Cod house perched on top of the Harpswell Sound in North Harpswell, Maine with two seaside decks and cozy interior. The house has expansive southerly views of Harpswell Sound and a large field/yard flowing down to the shore line. Located just 6 miles from Brunswick and Bowdoin College with the shops of Freeport & L.L. Bean and Portland nearby as well. The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths with a separate (seasonal) large 4th bedroom & 3rd bathroom above the Boat House garage. Other features include water views from every room, a lovely wood burning fireplace, private primary bedroom on the first floor, private stairs from lower deck to the shore, eat-in kitchen & breakfast bar, separate dining room, washer/dryer, microwave oven, coffee maker, Keurig, high-speed internet & WiFi, gas grill, and more. One of 4 homes on a private 50 acre compound that was once an old salt water farm that dates from the 1750's.

- Just up the street is the Corner Market, which is a seasonal market filled with local produce and groceries, as well as delicious homemade breakfast pastries, sandwiches, salads, cookies, etc.
- A number of lobster pounds in area to pick up fresh catch and cook at the house (lobster pot provided)
- Kayaks can be rented nearby and stored at the house. Easily launch from the private stairs into deep water of the Harpswell Sound.
- A number of hiking trails in area including one well within walking distance from house
- Golf courses nearby

TIME: Please check out by no later than 10:00 AM
KEYS: Leave doors unlocked and keys on the kitchen counter
TRASH: Please take out the trash, put into bins (next to the garage) and tightly secure lids
DISHWASHER: Load and start the dishwasher
LINENS: Leave the beds unmade. Place all used towels on the floor of the bathroom
FOOD: Remove all food items from the refrigerator, freezer and cupboards
THERMOSTATS: Set both thermostats to 60 degrees
FURNITURE: Move all furniture and items back to original locations. Please lower patio umbrella.
