The main level features a queen bed, a full bathroom, and a queen sofa bed. The upstairs bedroom has a king bed, private bathroom, and kitchenette. All rooms have 4K TVs in them. Backyard amenities include a deck, firepit, and BBQ, backyard is not fully fenced. On-property and street parking. Only 1 mile from the Boise River Greenbelt. Everything was cleanand well kept. The grill was a great addition and we made use of it. Our dog refused to do his business in the yard, but the grandchildren enjoyed playing in it. Will definitely stay here again! The host was wonderful!

Super cute house with lots of personal touches that made this a very enjoyable place to stay. Location was great for everywhere we needed to go. Will definitely stay here again if we're ever in Boise.

We had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect- close to family we celebrated the holidays with and within walking distance to coffee shops, a park, and a grocery store. We also appreciated the prompt and seamless communication with the property manager when we needed to adjust our reservation.

Nice home and nice location. The host charged me for damages to towels? This was weird. They were not towels we used. Take pictures of your towels before you toss them in the wash at checkout.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the Renovated Cozy Cottage. All of the amenities were provided plus some. The cottage was extremely clean and very well decorated.

The house is beautifully decorated. So much room and privacy for two couples.The fireplace was on when we arrived and cookies by the door step the second night.So much fun.

Great visit to Boise!

We're from Seatte and we recently spent a long weekend in Boise visting family. We could not have made a better choice for our accommodations! The house was perfect for two couples, and the upstairs loft was completely self contained with its own kitchen!We had all the amenities you could possibly want or need, and the location was close to downtown and other services. We'll be back!

Wonderful 4 days in Boise

Cute home , very clean , close to everything and nicely decorated and organized . My husband , adult daughter wanted to check out Boise and this home was perfect for the three of us. Comfortable beds, and well stocked with towels , linens and kitchen items . We would return to this home . Loved the location and owner information. Sharing places to eat and river walk .

Great Place - Close to Downtown

We came to visit our son and daughter in law in Boise and we had a great time! Billee is an excellent host and all communication was timely and accurate. The Cottage has everything you need and is located close to a lot of great places!

This house was the best VRBO we have ever stayed in. It was so clean and stocked with everything you need while you’re away from home. The location it wonderful! We brought our bikes and rode to the Greenbelt every day. I would highly recommend this property.

Weekend stay

Rented for a weekend. It's in a great area for access to downtown, but just far enough to not have to deal with downtown traffic. Very clean and neat.
