Lakefront Home on Beautiful Sandy Beach. Home has 6 bdrms & 3 bathrooms. Library has a hideaway sofa & travel crib. Livingroom sofa also equipped w/hideaway bed. Bdrm w/2 bunkbeds & twin bed adjoined to bdrm w/a queenbed! Full office & library on the 2nd floor. Home has space to sleep 20. New vanities & quartz counters in all 3 bathrooms. New light fixtures w/LED lights added throughout. New flooring in downstairs bdrm & master! New stackable washer/dryer

-Dog(s) are allowed but you must get permission first before you rent this cottage. The dog(s) must stay off of the furniture, on a leash when outside, feces picked up and treated for the prevention of fleas and ticks. Please sweep up/vacuum dog hair and dispose of prior to your departure. There is an additional fee to bring your dog(s)
HOUSE RULES:

-No more than 6 cars on site
-DO NOT park on road or in neighbors’ way!

-All furniture must be put back where it was found!
-House needs to be put back into condition it was rented!
-No loud music after 10pm
-No profanity outdoors, many kids in the neighborhood!
-Be courteous of neighbors
-Garbage must be bagged up, put into dumpster across from the driveway entrance
