About this property

This freshly renovated home is located steps from the heart of Dock Square! This 3 bedroom home has enough space to comfortably sleep 6 people. Walk to all of the restaurants, shops and cafes in Dock Square. The beach is about 1 mile with all sidewalks. Play in the spacious yard or hangout on the welcoming deck. The first floor features a well equipped kitchen, living room, dining room, full bathroom, bedroom, and a bright sunroom that walks out onto the deck. The deck is equipped with furniture, BBQ grill, and a heater! The upstairs has 2 additional bedrooms. Dogs welcome upon approval only. Pet fee $125 per dog, 2 dog maximum. The indoor fireplace is not for guest use. 4 cars maximum. Beach parking pass provided upon arrival!

Lovely home, great location

This home was clean, cared for, and had a well stocked kitchen, including great tools for cracking and eating lobster! We were able to walk to the beach and to the downtown, and the outdoor shower was a slice of heaven. My husband and three-year-old daughter and I went to the beach every day we were there, and we were so grateful for the parking pass that let us park for free at Gooches. We had a lovely time in this lovely home.
