The property was perfect for a beach getaway! The home was very clean and is in the cutest neighborhood. The pool and hot tub were slightly dirty upon check-in but the hosts immediately sent someone over to clean them and were extremely communicable!

Family vacation

Nice location,clean, pool was nice (needs more shade in afternoon) and hot tub was a bonus. Rooms worked out great for our family. Would stay there again

The Sandy Pearl was the perfect place for our family’s mini vacation this past weekend. This home had every amenity that we wanted and more. The property was very clean and well kept. The sleeping accommodations were perfect and the beds were super comfortable. The location was great giving close proximity to the beach, dining, shopping and other area attractions. Our host Sara was amazing! From the moment we booked our reservation, she was so attentive and responsive within a matter of minutes. She really made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy a worry free experience. I would absolutely recommend this home to anyone visiting Miramar Beach and look forward to booking with this host again in the future.

My family of 14 stayed here during Thanksgiving. The house was beautiful and met all our needs. The weather was gorgeous, even fit in a beach day!

Sandy Pearl is beautifully equipped and we enjoyed our vacation very much. It easily accommodated eleven adults ranging in age from 21-84. We would really have liked to have had access to D’Agista (?) beach and were surprised to find beach access so restricted and expensive. The golf cart was a great addition.
