About this property

This beautiful 3 bedroom/ 3.5 bath home can accommodate up to 8 guests. This home features three amazing suites, the second bedroom suite features a bathtub. The 3rd bedroom includes a queen bed along with twin bunk beds. Both bedrooms with the king size bed have a smart tv. The living room has a TV with a Roku. The outdoor patio is great for relaxing and conversating after a day at the beach or grilling on the charcoal grill.

When you're not at the ocean enjoy the all the community amenities to include: An outdoor pool, kids pool, fitness center with steam rooms, yoga and spin rooms, fitness classes, and a multipurpose sports and bocce court. The community fee is $38.00 per person and there is community shuttle van that runs every half hour on the weekends with a drop off downtown Bethany for easy access to the beach, shopping, and dining.
