The newly built stunning 3 bedroom, 2.5-bathroom home with an additional loft sleeps up to 10 guests! It offers an open floor plan with a large first-floor living space, dining area, and well-equipped kitchen. The kitchen has granite counters, stainless steel appliances, and an oversized island with additional seating. There is a full bathroom with a walk-in shower along with an additional half bath on the first floor and a front privite office space with a desk and queen size sofa(*Linens included) for additional sleeping quarters.

This beautiful home features a first-floor master suite with a king-size bed, flat-screen television, bathroom with dual vanities, oversized walk-in shower and a large walk in closet. Upstairs A bedroom with a queen-size bed and a flat-screen television. In addition, there is another bedroom with a queen-size bed and flat-screen television. There is one full-size bath with shower/tub combinations on the second floor as well. The second-floor living space the upstairs loft provides additional space for watching movies and playing games and comes with two full size trundle beds for additional sleeping. *Linens included!

Amenity passes will be $35 per person for the week (subject to change by the Community and not all amenities may be available per Community's discretion). It is also necessary to rent a key fob for the week of $75 for the family.

The father of three who loves to play hard and a working wife who deserves to relax hard, I set out on a quest years ago to locate the perfect family vacation destination to enjoy year after year. They love me for this one! Ocean View has been the highlight of our lives. We have learned to stop and feel the ocean breeze and realize that nothing is more important than the time we share together. Driving hours from Pennsylvania doesn't bother us either. We know its worth the drive to go to a place with not only so many activities to enjoy but, the most peaceful and beautiful place on earth. This is a family community where you feel the excitement from children playing in the many local water parks and community pools, the families crab hunting on the beaches at night and the incredible sunsets and ocean life you witness each morning and night. Out of excitement we purchased a top-end home and lot added 5 LARGE Hi-Definition plasma TV's with extended cable, many FREE beach chairs and umbrella set-up, bikes, golf cart, video games and more to enjoy during season. We certainly don't have any regrets. In fact, we completely book up the summer months and often have repeats year after year. We know your family will enjoy this unit as much as we have! We will do everything to make sure you do!
