Welcome to The Village at Bear Trap Dunes Resort community. Enjoy this single family home rental, which is the closest to the main pavilion in all of Bear Trap Dunes. If you have a very large group of family and friends, you can also rent our 5 bedroom homes next door or across the street. This Bear Trap Dunes vacation rental is pet friendly (dogs only please), with a $300 non-refundable fee for up to two dogs.

Only 7 day Sat to Sat rentals available during the peak summer months from mid-June (June 15 in 2024) through Labor Day weekend. There is no availability for weekends or less than a 7 day rental during this time frame.

This spacious 2-story 5-bedroom (with loft), 4-bath single family home - at 3000 square feet - offers two first floor master suites and two more bedrooms on the second floor, each with a TV. The loft on the second floor is a great place to read a book, have a conversation or just enjoy some quiet time after a hectic day at the beach or pool. Fantastic open deck, screened porch, gas grill will built-in gas line, and large backyard provide great outside space for barbeques, relaxing and playing. There is also an outdoor shower for cleaning off after a busy day at the beach. The front of the home has a large covered front porch where you can relax and people watch. There is plenty of parking space available in the long driveway and on the street in front of the house. The garage has a second full size refrigerator/freezer which is good for those extra beverages or just to help hold all the food for a hungry family. The garage is equipped with 6+ beach chairs for your convenience.

The well-equipped kitchen has a breakfast bar with seating for four and the dining area seats six. The dining area has an exit via sliding glass door to a screened-in porch and deck areas. The screened in area includes an outdoor table that seats six as well as comfortable seating on the deck. The family room with gas fireplace offers comfortable seating and a 50'' Flat Screen HDTV. Laundry room with full size washer/dryer connect directly to the two car garage.

The main floor of the house offers two bedrooms with attached full baths. The master bedroom has a king size bed with the master bath offering a jacuzzi bath tub, separate shower and vanity area with dual sinks. The second downstairs bedroom has a full bed with a bathroom with a large shower. There is a half bath in the downstairs hallway.

The second floor has two bedrooms and a full bath. The first bedroom has a queen-size bed and a large walk-in closet. The second bedroom has two bunk beds - one is a twin over full plus trundle and one is a twin over twin. Upstairs full bath has a tub/shower combination and vanity area with two sinks.

The house is ideal for multiple families. The minimum age for renting this home is 25. No school groups.

Located just two miles west of Bethany Beach, ten miles south of Rehoboth, and seven miles north of Ocean City, Maryland, the Village at Bear Trap Dunes surrounds 27 holes of championship golf at Bear Trap Dunes Golf Club. The abundant amenities include indoor and two outdoor pools, fitness center, Har-Tru tennis courts, hard surface tennis court, multi-sport court, hot tub, saunas, and community meeting room with free wireless Internet for homeowners and guests, playgrounds, summer beach shuttle and clubhouse with restaurant. A pass is required for anyone four and older to access to the amenities and can be purchased at the Pavilion (1 October Glory Ave). Cost varies based on the season.
