Guests will have full and exclusive access to the apartment during their stay. This includes the 1 bedroom, living room, fully equipped kitchen, and bathroom. You'll also have access to the on-site laundry facilities, including the washer and dryer, which are housed within the apartment itself.

> We offer a free designated parking space for each unit, conveniently located right behind the house.
> The apartment is part of a triplex, so we kindly ask that you respect the peace and privacy of any other occupants on the premises.
> During check-in, you will find towels, linens, shampoo, conditioner, soap, and toilet paper provided for your convenience. We do not provide additional supplies during your stay, so we recommend planning accordingly.
> Unregistered guests are not permitted. If you have unregistered guests in the unit, you will be asked to leave without a refund for the remaining time of your reservation.
> We are happy to accommodate small pets in our property. A non-refundable pet fee of $125 is already included in the rate for guests who have chosen to bring their furry friends along for their stay.
> No parties. Significant noise or playing loud music after 9:00 pm will result in you being asked to leave without a refund for the remaining time of your reservation.
> No smoking of any substance is permitted in the unit. Evidence of any type of smoking will result in a $250 fee and you will be asked to leave without a refund for the remaining time of your reservation.
> Check-in is at/after 4 pm and check-out time is no later than 11 am. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability. Late check-out without prior approval will result in a fee of $100 per hour for each hour after 11 am.
> Please remember to secure your valuables and lock the unit and your car behind you. Use of the parking spot is at your own risk.
