My cousin and his family took over our stay as we had to change our plans. The Host was more than accommodating. That was greatly appreciated! My cousin loved his stay!

We had serious trouble checking in as the host was meant to have sent a QR code which didn't arrive. We thus weren't able to access the accommodation, the host was unresponsive and the VRBO app was a joke in terms of trying to fix the problem.
