We had a nice stay. Facilities were very comfortable. The only hitch we had was with the code to the entry gate.
No where in the information was the code given. A remote is ok if there is only one vehicle. But with 2 or more vehicles the code is needed or multiple remotes are needed. But we were able to get the code with a phone call.
The house was really nice and over all the stay was great. Very roomy for our family and everyone had their own room so that was a huge plus. A few things I didn’t like….we got there at 3 PM with it being almost 100 degrees outside and the air was off. Thermostat read 88! So we turned it off and dropped stuff in house and left to go eat to let it cool down. Only 1 bedroom of the 4 has a large mirror on the wall so it’s hard to get ready when you have to wait for a bathroom mirror when you have multiple people with you. And the bugs!! I know the house is on land, and we did kill a couple scorpion but the roaches were crazy! We had like 5 dead when we arrived and killed about 5 more during our stay. The door gaps need to be better cause I’m sure that’s how they are getting in. But again, over all, it was a good stay. Living is cozy and fit our families needs great!

Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication
The house itself is nicely decorated and located on a gated lot, though it shares the property with a warehouse — which was a bit unexpected. There’s plenty of parking, but note that it’s all gravel, not concrete. Because the home sits on open land, be cautious of bugs and ant piles if you have small children playing outside.Inside, the home is beautifully decorated — very clean and aesthetically pleasing. The open-concept layout makes it easy to gather and enjoy conversations. Beds were comfortable and the space felt welcoming.A few downsides: the Wi-Fi signal was weak, making it hard to stream a football game if others were online. The kitchen was missing many basic essentials — no paper towels, kitchen towels, or disinfectant wipes. The Keurig didn’t have coffee stocked, and there were very few pots and pans. Drawers were labeled, but what was inside didn’t always match up. For guests who enjoy cooking, this can be challenging.Communication with the host could also be improved — responses to messages sometimes took a few days, though they do provide a phone number for immediate contact during your stay.Overall, this property has great potential and could offer a much more pleasant stay if the kitchen were better equipped, Wi-Fi improved, and communication more prompt.Ps - no full length mirror anywhere if this is important to you.
