Great views! We had everything we needed. The pool was beautiful and very clean and the hosts were so kind. Really enjoyed the stay. They even let our kids feed their donkeys and their horse. Would definitely stay here again.

Hosts were fantastic and very responsive to any questions or needs we had. The accommodation was very good and had everything we needed for our week stay. Quiet place to stay which is exactly what we wanted. We have a medium sized dog who loved the openness of the property and had a great stay as well. Thank you to our hosts.

I had a wonderful stay! This place was perfect for my little solo getaway. The bed and furniture were comfy, and I had plenty of space to unpack and relax. The layout is similar to a studio apartment, but it didn’t feel cramped. I also liked the decor and atmosphere. It was clean and private. The TV was nice and had Netflix and Prime. The bathroom and shower were good. There were water bottles in the fridge and a basket of snacks. I appreciated being able to park close to the entrance. I enjoyed seeing the horses and feeding the donkeys. There is an almost 2-mile stretch of gravel road leading to the place, and you’ll need to park in the grass, so keep that in mind. I met the host’s mom and sister who live next door, and they were very nice. I’d love to stay here again and definitely recommend it!

The Varnadoe property was a dream come true for us! Wonderful interactions with property owner, very comfortable accommodations, beautiful scenery and a host of farm animals to keep it interesting daily. This rental is off the beaten path but still close enough to convenient shopping, wineries, local eateries, antique shops and the University or Arkansas. You will not be disappointed if you are looking for a unique and peaceful stay!

Peaceful Family Getaway

We had a wonderful stay at the Varnadoe Villa! The kiddos had a blast feeding the animals, swimming in the pool, and playing in the sand box. The villa has a lovely view of rolling hills and is located close enough to Bentonville for a day trip to the Crystal Bridges Art Museum or Amazeum. The hosts are friendly and will treat you like family during your stay! We recommend staying here for a peaceful and fun family trip!
