The house was perfect for our weekend trip! Very clean, spacious, and in a nice neighborhood. The location was close to entertainment and downtown Lawrenceville. We would definitely stay here on a return trip!
What an amazing stay! If we come back we’ll definitely keep this beutiful location in mind. It was spacious, clean and a quiet pleasant find. I’d recommend it any day.
The house was decorated nicely. We enjoyed playing pool. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked. Loved the full size shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The host was very responsive. Nicely maintained property in a quiet neighborhood.
Beautiful large home in a quiet neighborhood. We were here for work but it’s set up perfectly for family stays. Very clean home, easy instructions for check in and out, and the host is responsible.
Very clean and spacious home with all the amenities you would need. The location was perfect for a family visit in the Lawrenceville area. We will definitely consider this location in the future.

Thank you Raquel, We had a really nice experience hosting you and your family From the beginning, the communication was pleasant and smooth. When they arrived, they proved to be really excellent guests. We are grateful for their visit and hope that they will come back in the future. Thanks
Perfect house for our family and friends to get together for the weekend! Great location to everything we had planned! Our host, Christian, was quick to respond to any questions. And the house was beautiful and very, very clean! Highly recommend!!!! We will definitely be back!
A few more mirrors, perhaps one full length to use when people are getting ready for dressy functions. A tea kettle for the kitchen. Lastly the solar lights are nice in the front but they shine directly into the front bedroom. Other than that it’s a great spot for folks staying in Gwinnett. Far better than booking two rooms at a local hotel for several days. Comparable cost.
There was more people than anticipated and the host was understanding and responsive.
The place looked just like the photos and the neighborhood was peaceful and quiet; we felt safe.
I would definitely recommend staying and would come back again!
Thank you for making this process easy!
This was my first time renting a property. It exceeded our expectations. It was extremely clean and super spacious.
We did have a slight issue with the checkin info because we booked through Expedia and the management said they sent the checkin info to my Vrbo account, which I don’t have. So I’m not sure where the info went. Nonetheless the management was quick to reply to my messages and made sure I had all the info that I needed to check in and enjoy my stay at this beautiful property.
If traveling in the area again, this will be my first choice for somewhere to stay.
We had a good stay overall. The layout of the house worked very well for a family especially ours. The entrance area had a pool table and foosball table which the kids enjoyed, and there was also a nice upstairs room with a couch and TV where our kids could read and my wife did yoga. There were plenty of TVs and you could add your own profile for most streaming services. The house was generally clean and the carpet and furnishings were in decent condition. The location in Lawrenceville was convenient and the home was comfortable for our six-night stay.A few minor things could be improved. One bathtub drained slowly, the soap dispenser in the master bath didn’t work, and we heard some loud noises at night (possibly wind, according to the owner). The kitchen cleaning supplies were a limited - old dishwasher pods (only 3) and we couldn't find extra garbage bags (one was under the one being used - duh! on our part). But, there were plenty of cooking supplies - pans, pots, utensils galore. There were plenty of dishes both big and small. We only ran the dishwasher twice although we ate out quite a bit. We would definitely stay here again and the value for the money was excellent. I struggled between a 4 and a 5 and ended on 4 due to some of the minor issues.

Thank you so much for your detailed review and for staying with us! We’re truly sorry for the minor inconveniences you experienced, such as the slowly draining bathtub, the non-working soap dispenser in the master bath.We apologize for any disruption these caused during your stay.
I’ve gone ahead and taken care of these items right away:
• The bathtub has been serviced and drains properly now.
• The soap dispenser in the master bath has been repaired/replaced.
• We’ve restocked the kitchen with plenty of fresh dishwasher pods and extra garbage bags (and added them to our standard checklist for future guests).
We’re glad to hear that overall you had a great stay, that the layout worked well for your family, and that the kids enjoyed the pool table, foosball, and upstairs room. It means a lot that you found the house comfortable, clean, well-equipped, and great value — and that you’d definitely stay again.
Thank you again for your feedback (it helps us improve!), and we hope to welcome you and your family back soon!
