Enjoyable/Spacious 3bd Farmhouse

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located Farmhouse located 8min away from Lawrenceville Arts Center and 5min away to Gwinnett County Airport (LZU). Located minutes to amazing natural parks.


Our 3 bedroom farmhouse features:
- Master bedroom: one king bed and one floor memory foam folding mattress. We do have a pack and play available for babies in this bedroom.
One full bathroom attached.
- Guest bedroom 1: one queen bed and one office desk.
- Guest bedroom 2: one king bed
- One full bathroom detached
- Bonus room Media Room/Movie Theater
- Pool table, fire pit, Patio, grill, and more.

*Please note garage not available


- Community quiet hours are from 9:00 pm to 8:00 am.
- No street parking allowed! Parking is available in the driveway and a maximum of three vehicles at once.
- For liability reasons, insurance does not permit that guests may bring any visitors or any other guests to our home at any time, for any length of time.
Only the guests who are listed on the reservation are allowed to enter the house.

House Rules:

1. No un-registered guests.
2. No parties, events, or loud noises.
3. No Smoking or vaping on the property (inside and outside is prohibited).
4. Keep in mind that Marihuana is prohibited in the State of Georgia and we won’t tolerate it on our property.
5. No pets allowed.
6. Damage furniture, Kitchenware towels, or linens will be charged to the guest.
7. Don't rearrange the furniture.
8. Take care of our place as if it was yours :)
9. Most important! enjoy your stay!.
Breaking any of the house rules will result in the cancellation of your reservation instantly with no refunds and a $500 fine fee.

A few more mirrors, perhaps one full length to use when people are getting ready for dressy functions. A tea kettle for the kitchen. Lastly the solar lights are nice in the front but they shine directly into the front bedroom. Other than that it’s a great spot for folks staying in Gwinnett. Far better than booking two rooms at a local hotel for several days. Comparable cost.

This Must Be The Place!

This was my first time renting a property. It exceeded our expectations. It was extremely clean and super spacious. We did have a slight issue with the checkin info because we booked through Expedia and the management said they sent the checkin info to my Vrbo account, which I don’t have. So I’m not sure where the info went. Nonetheless the management was quick to reply to my messages and made sure I had all the info that I needed to check in and enjoy my stay at this beautiful property. If traveling in the area again, this will be my first choice for somewhere to stay.

We had a good stay overall. The layout of the house worked very well for a family especially ours. The entrance area had a pool table and foosball table which the kids enjoyed, and there was also a nice upstairs room with a couch and TV where our kids could read and my wife did yoga. There were plenty of TVs and you could add your own profile for most streaming services. The house was generally clean and the carpet and furnishings were in decent condition. The location in Lawrenceville was convenient and the home was comfortable for our six-night stay.A few minor things could be improved. One bathtub drained slowly, the soap dispenser in the master bath didn’t work, and we heard some loud noises at night (possibly wind, according to the owner). The kitchen cleaning supplies were a limited - old dishwasher pods (only 3) and we couldn't find extra garbage bags (one was under the one being used - duh! on our part). But, there were plenty of cooking supplies - pans, pots, utensils galore. There were plenty of dishes both big and small. We only ran the dishwasher twice although we ate out quite a bit. We would definitely stay here again and the value for the money was excellent. I struggled between a 4 and a 5 and ended on 4 due to some of the minor issues.

Loved this house - super clean, spacious, had everything you would need including makeup towels, hair dryer, even cotton balls. Washer and dryer worked great, WiFi was great, easy check in and out. We played probably 20 rounds of pool and hung out in the swinging chairs. Great house!
