Enjoy the best views in Baja from our updated luxury villa! This vacation rental features 5 decks, 4 levels, and room for 18 guests. We are completely off-the-grid, but still provide the amenities you want. From our decks you can see islands, dolphins, sail boats and the most amazing sunrises you will ever experience.

The area is a perfect place to just relax, but still features tons of fun activities for all ages! We have 5 incredible decks, a full kitchen, super fast Starlink wifi internet, smart tv, pool table, wet bar, and a king sized bed. Enjoy nearby beaches, restaurants, fishing, hiking and much more. You'll never be bored.

The villa was great and has a stunning view. We were initially worried about the electricity as the house is off the grid, and we had equipment that would normally be charged overnight, but ultimately, the electricity at the villa worked well for us.

In the listing it clearly states that the villa has no air conditioning. We communicated about this before your stay, and mentioned it again in our welcome packet. As our listing states, we are an off the grid villa with no AC. You told us you were going to check out early and then came back to stay another night. In good faith, we had refunded you for one night. We did everything we could to help the situation. We do not control the weather. Our listing was accurate. We feel that a 2/10 rating is very unfair.

Wow!

Stayed here three nights. Could have stayed much longer. I would stay here anytime! The stay here was eight family members and everyone was thrilled. Ten out of ten!

Fantastic Villa for gatherings of family and friends!

The views are amazing from all windows and the multiple decks. Sunrise Villa has been updated and was very clean. The pillows in the King room were really great. We had fun playing pool. The beach access was easy. Playa Santispac is just around the corner. The beach bar/restaurant there was so much fun and even had music and dancing one night. There is a lot to do around the area. The host was good communicating with us. We will be booking Sunrise Villa again!
