Why they chose this property
Wasn’t really looking to purchase a home. Stumbled on this one while visiting a friend in 2015. My kids and I fell in love with it after spending only 10 minutes in the home. We love spending evenings around the fire pit watching the sunsets over the ocean.
What makes this property unique
The views are spectacular. The location is known for some of the best sunsets on the Central Coast.
