Great newer condo located in a nice part of town .

Newer upscale condo in a great area with great neighbors and restraunts in walking distance. Only a five minute drive to downtown Pismo beach and easy access to the 101 freeway . Uma was wonderful and I hope to stay again in the future.

New Condo

Stayed at this condo Jan 28 - March 3rd, 2017. It was as described in the description and photos.. We were disappointed about the noise from the upstairs condo as well as freeway noise. We did mention this to Uma when we checked out and she was going to contact the folks upstairs. It is about a 5-10 minute drive to ocean.

While Ruth was staying in the condo she did not mention any disappointment. She even sent me couple of text messages during her stay saying how wonderful is this place. As she said herself she only mentioned these things the day she checked out. As far as the freeway noise yes there is some noise if you open window or you are outside. Installled ceiling fan in living room and master bedroom. There is no noise if windows are closed. As promised, I did talk to the lady upstairs. She is such a sweet lady she said she will keep in mind. At the end of the day, it's a real good value for the money and 100 times better than staying at a hotel.
