An incredible VALUE for a three bedroom home in a quiet neighborhood centrally located in Pismo Beach. The home is located near the Pismo Dunes, neighboring beach communities Avila Beach and Pismo Beach, and commutable north to San Luis Obispo or south to Santa Maria.
The main gathering area is spacious. The living room, dining and kitchen flow from one living space to the next. The kitchen is well equipped to meet a chef’s prep and cooking needs. There are two dining areas... a breakfast table for 4 (or a nice work station) or a 6 person dining table.
Each of the three bedrooms have comfy beds, and well stocked with plenty of fluffy white towels and toiletries.
The bed Layout is: Master ensuite (queen), Bdrm2 bunk bed (full bottom, twin top), Bdrm3 (full + twin trundle).
Home is stocked with bed linens; bath towels; kitchen serving, cooking and dining ware. The renter is responsible for consumable supplies such as: body wash, shampoo & conditioner, laundry soap, dishwasher soap, toilet paper, paper towels and cleaning supplies.
Suitability: WiFi, SmartTVs (no cable channel lineup), family friendly, no smoking, no pets allowed, not handicap compliant, family friendly. This home does not have AC.
