Indulge in the coastal lifestyle in our expansive, fully-equipped home, just a block from the ocean! To align with city regulations, a minimum stay of 30 nights is required. This beautifully adorned family retreat provides generous space and comfort. We'll gladly consider one non-shedding dog weighing under 45 pounds, subject to a non-refundable pet fee.

Upon arrival, you'll be welcomed by two majestic 100-foot palm trees and a lush front lawn. The interior boasts stylish furnishings, a large family area with bay window views, and the warmth of a real wood-burning fireplace. The house is filled with natural light, creating a clean, and bright atmosphere.

This home features three bedrooms, each designed to meet different needs. The master suite boasts a California King bed and an ensuite bathroom with a tiled shower, frameless glass surround, vessel sink, and river-rock floor insets. Another bedroom offers a queen-sized pillow-top bed, while the third bedroom includes twin bunk beds and a daybed. The second bathroom has a tiled tub/shower combo with elegant glass-tile accents.

Take a backyard stroll and catch a peek of the ocean just about 200 yards away! Dine under the covered patio with seating for six, plus lounges for two, surrounded by a large fenced yard with ample grass space.

Stroll to the ocean bluffs at Memory Park, a popular surfing spot with stunning sunset views and wildlife sightings. The neighborhood, complete with sidewalks, ensures safe and relaxing morning walks. For outdoor enthusiasts, the area offers endless opportunities for running, hiking, and biking.

Awesome House

This house is very comfortable and has all you would need and more! It is located in an excellent area and walking distance to restaurants, stores....etc. There is a little area not too far from the house that has a bench and a table to watch the ocean. I would recommend this house to anyone who comes to this area and the people are great to work with!!!! Would stay at this house again!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was the fifth year in a row that I've had the please of staying in a Seven Sisters Vacation Rental property. They keep their rentals in spotless condition and the rentals always have everything I need for a month long stay in the Pismo area. I only needed to contact them once during my stay...only because the BBQ valve was stuck and I was unable to turn it on. Seven Sisters promptly sent out their maintenance person and the two of us were able to get it turned on.

Reviewer Comments: Overall, the property and location was great, but due to the lack of response and unprofessionalism from Terri (rental company owner) I would not recommend booking with Terri/Seven Sisters. Pros- Great location and house- Well stocked kitchen, everything you would need for a long term stay- Nicely furnished- Internet suited for working remotely- Wonderfully landscaped and maintained yards- Great walking neighborhood. Quick walk to Memory park and Spyglass park/beach. - Staff at Seven Sisters was helpful with urgent requestsConsI'm thinking our party may have been an anomaly, as we were also surprised by the less than ideal customer service, but unfortunately we can only speak to our own experience. - Needed to correct management of wrong amounts on our invoice two times. - Repeatedly tried reaching out to Terri over 3 weeks re our deposit with no response to call and emails. Upon our departure we were deducted 225 of our deposit (on top of 300+ move-out cleaning fee) for not cleaning the kitchen and bathroom i.e. crumbs in oven, water stains on glass shower. Admittedly, we did not deep-clean the property before we left, but given it's a vacation rental we were not aware of that expectation. When we had called and emailed to ask to discuss with Terri, we were left with no response. We've been trying to reach Terri for multiple weeks regarding our deposit, but we're resigned that we will not hear from her again.Absolutely lovely house, but I would recommend shopping around if you can as there are plenty of other management companies in the area.

Easy access to the 101. The property is clean, well equipped with comfortable furnishings and all the conveniences of home. The yard is regularly maintained with an outside seating area that is very pleasant and private. We look forward to our next visit. The only inconvenience is the owner's requirement to stay in alignment with the monthly calendar, rather than 30 consecutive days to align with your travel plans.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved our extended stay at 2541 Coburn in Shell Beach. The house was very clean and well equipped which made getting settled quick and easy. We especially noticed there were ample dishes and silverware which were both quality in nature. The fenced backyard and patio area was a great place to relax and enjoy a glass of wine in the mild CA evening air. The neighborhood was very nice and we enjoyed walking to the ocean and sitting on one of the benches watching the surfers and the waves. This rental is close proximity to everything and yet is located in a very nice residential neighborhood. We met several neighbors and even made some friends that we will keep in touch with. The home has ample space and is set up nicely if you have someone over for a visit or dinner. If you are there at the right time, the neighbor's avocado tree might even drop a few fresh avocados within reach for some fresh homemade guacamole! Seven Sisters was a pleasure to deal with and always responsive to our every request.
